I'm up .2 from LIW but I really have been staying about .4 under my LIW so it feels like I'm up almost a pound. I'm not noticing any change in my body shape. That doesn't mean it's not happening I'm just not noticing.

Yes, get some veggies in, girl. You need those. And get some fruit too to keep your adrenals happy. Berries have the lowest glycemic index. If you have some gluccomannan with them, that helps mitigate any insulin rise. Easiest way to add veggies is to throw a big handful of baby greens or baby spinach in a protein smoothie.

So today is my first day off HCG. Total release of 38.4 and 45 inches overall. Ready to move into P3 and then onto another round in 4 weeks or so. Collage 2016-02-29 09_23_08.jpgCollage 2016-02-29 09_23_22.jpgCollage 2016-02-29 09_24_47.jpg

Great losses! You need a full 6 weeks between rounds though, not 3 weeks. And it's very important considering you lost more than is allowed in a round. Otherwise you're likely to need a skin lift. Your skin needs time to catch up and your liver needs a chance to rest from processing toxins in fat.

I don't know what's going on, haha. I have just continued to lose these past few days. I was staying steadily about 2 lbs under my LDW for the first couple weeks of P3, but now I'm over 5 lbs down, weighing in at 259 exactly this morning, whereas my LDW was 264.8. So I'm about 5-6lbs under my LDW and this has just been the past few days, and yesterday I ate over 3000 calories...I mean, I'd MUCH rather be losing than gaining, but it's weird that I'm eating so many calories and yet my body is just still losing...and maybe I shouldn't complain, but I just want to make sure my P4 experience isn't ruined because I didn't stay within 2lbs of my LDW.
