I had a great week of losses for sure.. and I'm hoping this coming week will produce some more good losses. I'm psyched about going into P3 and stabilizing at this weight. I'm confident that I have learned enough to help me stabilize.

As far as " my numbers" being "a great weight"-- it's not about the numbers for me. It's about how I feel and my health. My GP is monitoring my losses and bloodwork. Thanks for noticing my hard work.
I hope your shows are going well. You're an inspiration to so many.. on the road.. maintaining.. kudos to you Rose. I can only hope to be their one day (stabilized for so long).
Im 5'3" just an inch taller than you so we are close I am about 7-8 lbs higher but also the extra inch makes bmi close. I read you mentioning about wearing size 6s I only wore that size years ago when i weighed 110 lbs Im confortable wearing whatever size feels comfortable. I could buy a little smaller size but i just put a belt on my jeans My body weight is pretty evenly distributed Medium boned if i keep maintaining this year i am overjoyed

I agree, comfort. Yeah, I'm wearing some 6's and some 8's. I'm small boned. I use many things as milestones to appreciate my hard work and diligence.

    Good morning all,
I am happy to say that i was hunger free yesterday and so far this morning too. The scale is agreeing with my dose adjustment and registered with a .6 drop. I'm hoping for a couple more movements on the scale before i head into P3. I hope everyone is stabilized or moving downward.

Good morning! Down a lb after a 4 day stall. Was really hoping for two, but will take it. Measured as well. No changes. So that was a tad bit disappointing.
Kalpuzie and Abs I did low sugar for weeks before doing this. Sundays I would allow myself some sugar at church. I am gonna work on baking somethings for myself to keep in the freezer, that are sugar free treats.

Tell me what you bake eventually, Tanya. I'd really like to know.
Tonight I'll go to a meeting of about 30 homeschooled teens and there will be a table full of junk food, which I won't be tempted by because I'm no longer a slave to the sugar dragon.
Rose, your maintenance continues to inspire...
Kapluzie, thanks for reminding me about the oreo/rat study. Isn't that something...

    LIW today. .
I decided to bake some sugar free cheesecake. And I'm playing with making a sugar free apple pie, but I am trying to use almond meal instead of all purpose flour.

    Hello Ladies.

Glad to hear your all doing well.

Tanya.... Don't let the stall get you down, remember even into P3 you will notice changes in your body and size, at least I always did. For your ticker, after you create it, you will get codes. Just paste the Bbcode in your signature on the forum. It's in Settings, edit signature.

Abs.... that is cool you were a writer, will you continue again some day. What did you write? Novels or other? Glad to hear your doing well and also sounds like your very busy.

Rose... you are doing awesome. Hope your shows are doing well.

Kapluzie.... great job... your doing so well

I never was a big sugar user, but in case I do .. I am using THM Sweet blend. It is so good in the GGM (Good Girl Moonshine) . I enjoy having that on weekends.
I haven't had to do any more steak days, so I am happy about that as well.

My oven quit some time ago, and am just going to replace the stove one day. Been just waiting until things got better. I have my toaster oven, but its not a convection so baking does not turn out well in it.

I think its great to just even type a few words when one has time. It's not easy in a busy life to post everywhere lol.

    Hey ladies. .
Abs- have you been published? Anything that I can read?
Tanya- I hope your hunger subsided. Are u losing?
Jayk-glad you haven't had to do a steak day. I never really minded the steak days because I can sure pack that steak in. Lol... it was the days leading up to the steak day that depressed me.

I purged my closet of the clothes that were to too big. And found 3 pairs of pants that fit perfectly. . We'll the waist is snug. .but I can Def wear. Doesn't look like I'm going to get a cushion during these few hours before p3. A bit discouraging. .. but what's a girl to do? !

Just keep on keepin' on, kapluzie. I hated when I had no cushion going into P3. It made week one a wild ride--and not in a good way. But you eventually weather it and settle down. I have to really work to get a rein on my tendency to try to control the scale in P3, because it it was an illogical strategy anyway. The scale will do what it will--you just have to stay on plan and ride it out.

I agree P3 can be erratic but when I tried not to fight it I seemed to settle down or up within 2?lbs and ended up right at the same weight as I started st P3 and day 22 I dropped a lb. go figure???
