It's just like Leez posted. I can send you the recipe. A couple of times I didn't have the unsweetened almond milk, so used the substitute of "Just Gelatin, Integral Collegen, MCT Oil and Sunflower Lecithin. It is really good.
Hey abs, that is great you were able to return to your prior weight after caving even if it took a few days.

I have to quit caving as well. I had Sweet & Salty popcorn, then one night Dill popcorn. I ate a burger and the bun on last Friday with a few fries. This week I need to crack down and eat clean. I always have vegetables and fruit around, so just have to quit buying those snacks so they don't tempt me.
I am still having the night sweats, plus been a bit depressed/worried with finances yet. I try to stay positive and focused, and am great while at work, but after work and weekends is harder for me.
Today is warmer out so going for a long walk later.Yesterday the wind was too cold and strong.
