    Hey everyone

I am still struggling on. I haven't had to do a steak day in awhile. I went up an alarmingly 3lbs one day, but a few days later settled down. That happened when I was out of town for a day and had two new foods, instead of just one at a time. I am keeping track of what foods I can eat so I know what is safe for the time being lol, and also trying to alternate days with different foods.

But for me I must weigh every day... It is a must. I have been taking probiotics, msm and magnesium. Damn it gets pricey taking these things. I never noticed such things when things were good financially.

Right now I ran out of Probiotics, and magnesium. Hopefully work picks up for my hubby. Plus getting my child through college. It is costly. But I am determined lol.

Anyway once things are good, I am definitely doing the Metabolism plan. This might not be until Fall but however it goes, and in the meantime, I am just taking things very slow this time in P4 with new foods.

I know how you feel Leez, and I was glad I did another round. I like the time of year I did it, which was February. After Christmas , yet pretty much able to do EAster lol

I am now after perimenopause , and in menopause I guess for a few months now. I will be glad when all that is over lol.

This time around I have avoided nuts altogether. Haven't even tried them yet. So far am okay with Rye bread or sprouted bread . But I don't over do it. Haven't even tried Sweet potato yet. Also been trying to pay attention to the List of Reactive foods, and only trying them slowly as well.

You both, plus grammy have been my inspiration

I guess we can only hope as we identify problem foods, and continue to refine our plan and heal our guts and hormones that we'll eventually get it right, and not have to keep relosing the last 10 pounds.

I even have hope that one day, these blasted hot flashes will finally end and I can actually get a good night's sleep again. Its been 8 years of this madness.

I think I've finally come to the point where I'm just going to suck it up and do another round of HCG. I've been trying for over a year to get these 7-8 pounds of creep off with no real success. Thankfully, I'm not gaining more, but 145+ is not a comfortable weight for me. I was doing pretty well for the first year, but several months of limited activity from an unfortunate ankle sprain resulted in that 7-8 pound gain that I was not able to get in check.

So I've started the process of getting my supplies. I really didn't ever want to have to do this again. Especially since it will be a month of foregoing a lot of the beautiful seasonal produce. But even more, I want to be at my goal weight again, and stay there! And I'm so grateful I have this option that I know will work. That still feels like a miracle to me.

Good luck Leez. It's true we know this method does work and it's wonderful getting back to goal weight July p4 group. [2015] Let's stay connected!

I have to keep that goal in mind as get myself together to do this. I loved how flat my stomach was and how great my legs looked at goal. But I still have some work to do to get completely mentally ready.

It looks like all my stuff could be here by the weekend or so, so I think I will probably start sometime next week.

It looks like your P3 went great this time, Rose. I"m so happy for you.

So it begins. Loading day 1 today. I took my injection about 2 hours ago, and I'm now starting to get that floaty feeling that tells me the HCG is kicking in. I got a nice fatty breakfast in and its probably the last meal I'll really enjoy during loading. Its usually about now that the food aversion starts to set in.

Will follow your posts.... i never got floaty feeling with hcg....just felt full when loading with shot. Thought i was on a roll to lose a few more lbs in P4 but hanging in the 134 range. My LIWnwas 137.6 but secretly hoped to get closer to 130... think i will be happy if i can continue to maintain below 135

Yes, I've been trying to eat through that full feeling all day, and have been just on the edge of nausea, but that seems to have passed this evening. Now I'm just really not wanting to eat and having to force myself to eat avocado icecream to get some fat in tonight. At dinner, I was full after one small chicken thigh and some rhubarb sauce.

I'd like to get to 130 this time. And stay there!

You may get going again and lose a bit more. I've sadly not been able to do that.

Amazingly I lost a pound doing the two load days. That feels good, because I was already feeling super puffy and was not looking forward to a several pound gain from loading.

I did measurements before I started, and did a little looking back at my logs today. I found out why I've been feeling so puffy. My waist measurement now is the same as it was when I was 25 pounds heavier! Wow. How depressing is that? Thank you menopause I guess.

Oddly, I can still wear my same jeans I bought when at goal weight, but my midriff has ballooned above them. I can't wait for that all to go down so I can feel normal again.

Im a little bummed out. Was on P4 and had nice 4 lbs below LIW but for last week it has been climbing every day. My scale a little whacky. I weigh and get same weight 3 times. Then i wait a few minutes step on scale and half lb higher.
So today cutting out almonds ...also Kind bar i eat each day. I know i am retaining some fluid but not sure of cause. Im not at LIW but hate that i dont get to keep the losses i had going on since starting P4 Today i was 135.8 I had been staying at 134.4 and under.
