    Your doing great Leez... You will get there Good info on the hcg and dosage as well. I know I learned lots here on the forum, as well. So much misinformation out there.

    Rose, that is awesome you dropped down. This is what Leez and I mean about you losing without hcg. You are able to drop under your LIW... Not all of us do. I have a hard time just to maintain, let alone go below lol. So its wonderful that you can.

It was really hard to adjust accurately with the tiny amount of stuff in the syringe.



    YAY! That is a major victory! I go somewhat crazy when I get those large jumps too. I'm so glad it came down quickly for you, and that your almond candy was not the problem. That would have been sad.

    I had another 1.2 pound drop today. That's 5 pounds down from starting weight after 3 VLC days. I'm starting to get really impressed, because my first week net loss in my very first round was 6 pounds. I'm almost there and I've still got 4 days to go.

    I just changed my sticker to reflect my goal weight of 138 instrpead of 135. I originally used 138 as goal since my round was very slow and imended at 137.6 Now my sticker and goal will not show such a difference . Not sure if that is wise or not but i always show my LIW in signature Happy again inthe 133s

    Either way, you are below goal. But I think its a good idea to amend it to reflect what your real goal was. After all, you have to look at that every time you post.

    Today is my skip day, and I don't take a weight on Sundays because I have to weigh earlier than normal. But I feel like I've lost more. I decided to check my waist measurement instead. I'm down 2 inches from last week. That's pretty awesome for a 5 pound loss, but that also means I was carrying some inflammation. I wish I could figure out what mysterious thing I eat all the time is causing that. Maybe if I could, maintenance wouldn't be so stressful for me.

    Two inches on waist is great. Obviously something causing bloat. I feel that way. Only thing i can figure is the recent use of chicken or steak precooked fajita meat. I havent looked to see chemicals or nitrates . I will try them again next week and if i start to see sudden climb i will know.
    Had great meal last night. Ground beef 85% lean cooked with butter and various spices including cumin. Stir fried mixed bell peppers and red onions in separate pan with same spices and butter and olive oil Added tomato paste to both skillets. .. then drained beef and added veggies to beef to brown more.
    The flavor was delish. Used sea salt, blk pepper, cumin, italian seasonings and mrs dash jalapeno pepper seasoning and spicy seasoning. It tasted like an Italian taco with no tortilla. It would be a great P3 dish. I even dropped half a lb after eating a generous serving. Oh i forgot i mixed in beaten eggs with the veggies as a binder but that would be optional.

    I am creeping down again to my LIW, but it takes a few days. I am glad it's the weekend so I can have my GGM.. I believe that helps me as well. Sometimes during the week I will have a smaller one, or I drink a Kombucha, but they are expensive here.

    Probably Fall I will try the Lyn Genet Metabolism Plan, as I know I need to find out what causes the inflammation for me.

    This menopause is killing me lol. I never had Sweats this bad and long in Peri-menopause. I wish there was some quick cure for it lol. Beautiful weather here again, so going to enjoy the outdoors again today, and take the dogs for a run.

    I can't do the THM GGM. Something about the cider vinegar burns my stomach. Its an ok drink with just the ginger and some fresh lemon juice. I like the shrinker, so I mostly drank that but hot, not cold, so its more like a chai tea.

    I certainly sympathize with the menopause issues.

    I've tried pretty much everything out there for hotflashes. Even BHRT did not work for me. I tried it several times over a couple years too. They still wake me up multiple times a night. I don't even remember what it feels like to sleep all the way through the night. Its been almost 7 years and no let up.

    My doctor wanted to give me Duavee, which is the modern version of Premarin. One of the common side effects? Weight gain of up to 40 pounds. I handed the sample right back to him.

    I noticed on the THM site they do have other drinks as well. Might try some new ones
    I like the shrinker as well.
    I would definitely hand the sample back to lol.
    I will handle the hot flashes without weight gain as well

    Thank goodness still on track this weekend, as its our Long Weekend in Canada this weekend. My daughter turned 21 on June 28, but celebrated it at home on Canada Day yesterday

    All went well. Very hot here right now, and continuing this week . Not like Arizona lol, but close lol.

    I am happy to say have enjoyed an ice cap, now and then, but going to make my own trimmie tomorrow. Just cause I have gotten away with it so far, don't want to make a trend of it.

    Have a good rest Rose and Happy July 4th to all South of me

    I am up a couple lbs this morning, most likely due to a Salmon Dip I tried yesterday. I knew I shouldn't have had it. Back to the basics, and see how things go in a couple days.
