The cookout sounds like fun with the littles.

There is hope! The first time I did the Plan, I did lose about 6 pounds in a little over 3 weeks before I took a break to host some international visitors. I was only on day 8! I figured out later that I shouldn't have spent so much time retesting. When I started back up, I wasn't able to regain my momentum. I don't really know why.

Hi Leez. I remember reading all your posts on that. ☺ It sounds promising.
I think this new Metabolism plan is a bit better as the way she has it set up for a new food and exercise alternating each day
I definitely hope I can give it a try soon .

I guess all I need is a soup pot as my crockpot is only 6 quart. But I could just use it and make the soups I batches or adjust the recipe.

So glad to hear you are ok in the midst of all the trauma, Rose. I hope that continues.

As for me, I'm entering the 3rd week of P4 today at 136.4, just a few ounces over LIW, so happily eating away at all the summer bounty.

Still in my window, and in a few days will be 6 weeks post P2.

The body seems to be wanting to be in that top pound of my window, but as long as I'm in it, I'm good. Its great to be able to eat good stuff all day and not gain. Yesterday, I made myself a sprouted flour pizza topped with garden peppers, sweet onion and fresh basil.

I'm going to be taking a trip to southern CA next week, so I feel great to be in my zone. We are planning a couple days at the beach in San Diego, so very jazzed about that. The beach is my favorite place to be, always!

That pizza sounds good Leez, and glad you are able to enjoy good foods all day. That will be wonderful going to the beach for a couple days.

I've got about a week to finish getting ready. Time to pull out the suitcases and start packing all the fun stuff I have to wear. I have a couple things ordered that still haven't arrived yet, but pretty much everything in my closet fits now, so I have a lot of decisions to make. A happy problem.

just checking in from our travels. i forgot to bring my scale this trip so didnt weigh till yesterdsy after buting new scale. i dont want to be gone 6 weeks without weighing. Today i was 135 which is my goal weight and about 2.8 lbs below LIW.
Ate pretty high calories for me last week so pleased i am reasonably stable. I kept mental track of calories and was eating 1800-2000 calories as opposed to 1600-1700 which works better for me. I did add Oikos triple zero yogurt which i enjoy. Also mixed nuts and cheese so after reaching 136.4 decided to back off.
