That is awesome Rose. I don't do the Calorie thing, but it seems to work for you. Glad you are making it through the storms. I have a friend in Miami and he lost all his avocados. Haven't heard from him in a couple days now though.

Kapluzie, I hear ya... I struggle as well. I know I have to weigh daily regardless though. Good to hear from you .

Jayk I dont actually count calories every day but when i start to see a cpl lbs creeping i just try to see approximately what my total calories have been recently. Then i do an analysis of calories...fats, starches etc. i tend to eat lots of fats so need to be sure i am not outrageous. I dont do fitbit or anything lime that ...it is just a quick guesstimate. LOL if i am hungry and ate quite a bit i go ahead and eat. I just choose to eat P3ish when i do find myself hungry.

I'm in a good place. I had an unplanned interruption, but am back on protocol.
Rose - I try and try and will keep trying. My main hurdle is getting over what others suggest. I know deep down what I need to do, but seem to look for a "better" alternative. These alternatives don't work out for me. So I learn. . It's all good. . Because it teaches me.
Now I know I can get the weight down, and I can maintain for several months. . I believe Life is a learning process.
I'm happy to be able to learn and move forward.
I have friends who calorie count. . It's quite helpful. For me, I agree with you rose. .I would need to see what those calories are made up of....
    Jayk- WE got this. ..

Im happy you are in a good place and i believe each of us learn what works for us . It helps to keep in touch but ultimately do what works personally as we have different bodies and also different preferences. High fats help me feel satisfied but others might gag on bacon. So what works long term is helpful and if over a year or so we get off, track then we can come back to,what works!.
