    Leez that is awesome the puffiness is down and you figured it out

    I am a weather persons well. ☺ I need to be able to get outside and do things plus walking.
    It has been cold here or way to windy
    I haven't introduced anything new lately
    This weekend I want to try the egg roll bowl . It sounds delicious

    So happy you two Leez and Jayk posted....i like keeping P4 convo alive. I feel a little guilty as i enjoy florida sunshine almost every day. Sunday tearing downour tent and booth with torrential rains for several hours was challenging but saleswise had great show and home appointment where i sold two more canvasses.
    I so agree that good sunshiny weather helps our spirits so hoping you get some warmth soon

    Hi. Well by now i am probably D260 of P4. Yes, i am happy with results My LIW last April or esrly May was about 137.6
    My goal was 135 I vary between 134 and 137 but mostly stay under 135 Today i weighed at 137.0 but past few days ate lots of packaged chips and whole grain crackers plus rice and beans so i know after a couple of days of clearing starches i will drop a couple of lbs I always hold more fluid with higher starches I am still traveling out of town but try to eat fish chicken and veggies in hotel with micrwave and fridge Secret is being on the scale at least once a week even when traveling and if i go off course i cut back fr a few days Sometimes works...sometimes not Lol

    Day 268 weight 136.0 1.6 Down from LIW but one lb over my goal I am not complaining. Have been eating higher starches past couple of weeks. Have two more weeks and then home to texas. Have scale, will travel. With eight weeks away from home it only makes sense to carry a scale with my luggage. Hope all my P4hcg comrades are doing well. I have been off HCG forum for a week or so and just checking in for accountability

    I'm on the high side of where I want to be too, Rose, and just bumping that 140 mark, but hanging in for the most part. I'm not too worried about it yet. I don't do my outdoor walks when its winter cold, so I'm sure once I can do that regularly again, I'll be fine. I have a rebounder that I should be using when I can't go out, but I'm not too faithful about it.

    I'm planning to keep the evening snack very light this week and see if that helps some. I'll probably just do a hot protein drink. The rest of my eating is in-line.

    Actually today, we are supposed to get up to 67 degrees, so I'm planning a walk if I can get in between the rain showers.

    I did get that walk in...it felt great to be out. And then 2 more times since, with some actual sunshine.

    Nothing much to report. I'm pretty much just following my plan and keeping those evening snacks light.

    That's great Leez. I can't wait for some sunshine.. Need Rose to send that Florida weather North lol.

    I tried making Lyn Genet Flax granola, but it didn't turn out. Dried out in some places, and too moist yet in middle. I think I didn't flatten it enough, and perhaps I don't have an oven that works, so was using the toaster oven.
    Will have to try it again.

    I make the flax granola in the dehydrator sometimes. But yeah, you have to press it really thin. And just keep drying it out until it gets crisp.

    hi Leez and Jayk....Sizzling at 89 degrees here in Florida. Last show coming up in beautiful St Petersburg. Still eating more carbs and more caloris so weight staying in at 136.6 One lb under LIW but higher than my 135. I know why it is up eating about 2200 cal vs my usual 1800 cal per day. Left Houston at about 135.6so not terrible after 7-1/2weeks but would like to get back to 134-135

    Hi Rose...glad to hear your doing good , and that is great for having been on the road. I am up a few lbs, so I need to bring it down. Have been snacking a bit too much I think. It is -21C / -5F here this morning, lol.

    For the flax granola, I will have to try it again and press it much thinner than I did.
