Rose Iím glad today was better for you! Man, when the dose is off, it just makes everything terrible. Sounds like you had some yummy food too. Iím making some cinnamon orange tea in my little teapot, then tilapia and cucumber. Tea definitely helps with staying on track and feeling satiated.

Tom came a week early(last Tuesday) and hasn't left yet. I'm not sure if I should be concerned. This is completely out of the norm for me.

Leez- how's the keefir working out? I know what you mean but the slight sour thickness. Have you recognized any of the positives as of yet?

Jayk- how are you doing? If I understand your timetable, you're well into P4.

I've been posting in another thread almost daily. And it definitely helps.
    Hi Kap

I am glad your doing well. Your almost into P3... try and hang in there. It helps to stabilize better if you do the proper length of a round. I do believe that.
I am doing okay. I am above LIW and trying to deal with that. Working 6 days a week, has thrown me off a bit, as I got a bit careless, and wasn't packing my lunch. It's been really hot here, and normally I love it, but with working so much and being a bit stressed about it hasn't helped me.,
Hoping soon we find some extra help, and I get some rest & relax again, and try to get my weight back down.

Rose..... so glad to hear from you. Hope all is well with your husband Good luck on your round.

I am not much help with the hunger, as I never have that issue even using hhcg pellets. Not sure with the real hcg pellets, can imagine it is hard to find right dosage.

Leez.... hope your having better luck than I am keeping near LIW

Natalie, always good to hear from you as well, and good luck with your round . I love the tea as well, ever since Rose posted about it, I have used it and enjoy it in the evening.,

Not doing so well, Jayk. I'm about 5 pounds over, and just haven't been able to get control of it yet. I can't say I've noticed any benefit from the kefir. I'm taking a break currently, as I wondered if maybe it contributed to these last few pounds of regain. It gets frustrating when you change something and gain. And then you don't change anything and still gain. Sigh. I've got to get mentally together enough to maybe do a week or two of the Plan and see if I can' make any progress on the whole sensitivity front.

My latest experiment is glycine. I'm trying it in hopes it will help sleep. Too soon to tell yet.

I'm glad to see Rose and Natalie check in. Hang in there. You really need a kind of warrior mindset to make it through P2. You guys are both fighters, so I know you'll do it.

Leez! Thank you! I fell off the wagon...hard. Let myself go after i got laid off from my job of 7 years in February. Gained 30 lbs, not all Iíd lost but most of it. Itís no use beating myself up because Iím back and will fight like hell to get back to where I was and stay there. I have THM that I will try out in P4 and Iím going to be super diligent about testing foods and keeping a journal.

Thanks for all your support and all the knowledge you provide. Youíre a warrior, too. Staying in that LDW can be a real pain but if anyone can find the best way to get back to where you want to be, itís you.

Great to hear that following your hunger signals is working for you, kapluzie.

I'm back in the high 130's now and bumping at 140 every so often. I sometimes can drop back a couple pounds by correcting, but invariably climb back up again. I've managed to get in the low 130's 3 or 4 times now by doing another round. But I think it may be time to face reality and accept that my body just won't stay there for very long. Eating less/more/differently doesn't seem to change that. High 130's is still in the normal range for me, so that's not a defeat at all. But I feel better around 10 pounds under that, where I have a defined waist.

I took about a 2 week break from the kefir, but will start that up again this week. My current project is to reduce stress as much as possible. To that end, I have broken up with talking scale and her pronouncements about .2 increments and gone back to my old spring scale. Where you can only tell that you are between pounds or on them. That eliminates some of the depressing effects of the small jump ups and inch-downs. "Oh, I"m still under 140? Awesome."

Today no changen in weight but so far i am happy with losses. My range similar to yours My last round was LIW 137.6 in may 2017 but i managed to stay down a few months between 133-135. Most of P4 i was closer to 136-138. Starting this April into may i started eating more and creeps began month by month till i hit 140. Once i hit 140 seemed nothing helped, One week i popped up by 5 lbs and i know i didnt eat that much in calories and when that happened it never went down no matter what i tried. Then i sort of resigned to not caring and i got up to 149 At least this new round has gotten my eating and appetite under control, I truly feel i ate way too many calories. Although i dont count daily calories i have an idea how much i eat that keeps me steady and that is between 1600 and 1800. Once i start getting to 1900-2000 i start creeping up, i am not tall so excess calories do play a factor in my weight gains, My goal is to get back to 135 or close and maintain that and not try to go lower in P4 though i would love to see 130. At my age 75 i have less muscle mass and bone loss so i should not be eating as much as i did at age 30. I am just happy to have at least never gone back to where i was in 2011. If i have to do a round from time to time to get back in control then i can accept that. I applaud you Leez for where you have arrived. And i thank you for helping me and others in the group

I LOVE your positive attitude Rose. I found myself loving when I reached 121.. but my body had other plans. The 130's is my goal now. I have a ways to go but I am positive I will get there over time. Slow and steady wins the race. And what I mean by that is fast losses on p2 but concentration/adherence/devotion on P3 to maintain.
    Then repeat.
I'm on vacation, but forgot to bring my scale. A big no no... but i'm being very careful and walking, riding bikes, and swimming everyday. I'm being mindful of my good choices (brought my own to prepare ).
I'm keeping a clear mind and really transitioning into a healthier mindset.

You sound like u r having a great time. All that activity is fun and helpful. I agree with you that the 130s are a good long term goal. In my 20s i used to need to be in the teens. But that was 55 years ago. Lol
