    Rose Iím glad today was better for you! Man, when the dose is off, it just makes everything terrible. Sounds like you had some yummy food too. Iím making some cinnamon orange tea in my little teapot, then tilapia and cucumber. Tea definitely helps with staying on track and feeling satiated.

    I am glad your doing well. Your almost into P3... try and hang in there. It helps to stabilize better if you do the proper length of a round. I do believe that.
    I am doing okay. I am above LIW and trying to deal with that. Working 6 days a week, has thrown me off a bit, as I got a bit careless, and wasn't packing my lunch. It's been really hot here, and normally I love it, but with working so much and being a bit stressed about it hasn't helped me.,
    Hoping soon we find some extra help, and I get some rest & relax again, and try to get my weight back down.

    Rose..... so glad to hear from you. Hope all is well with your husband Good luck on your round.

    I am not much help with the hunger, as I never have that issue even using hhcg pellets. Not sure with the real hcg pellets, can imagine it is hard to find right dosage.

    Not doing so well, Jayk. I'm about 5 pounds over, and just haven't been able to get control of it yet. I can't say I've noticed any benefit from the kefir. I'm taking a break currently, as I wondered if maybe it contributed to these last few pounds of regain. It gets frustrating when you change something and gain. And then you don't change anything and still gain. Sigh. I've got to get mentally together enough to maybe do a week or two of the Plan and see if I can' make any progress on the whole sensitivity front.

    My latest experiment is glycine. I'm trying it in hopes it will help sleep. Too soon to tell yet.

    I'm glad to see Rose and Natalie check in. Hang in there. You really need a kind of warrior mindset to make it through P2. You guys are both fighters, so I know you'll do it.

    Leez! Thank you! I fell off the wagon...hard. Let myself go after i got laid off from my job of 7 years in February. Gained 30 lbs, not all Iíd lost but most of it. Itís no use beating myself up because Iím back and will fight like hell to get back to where I was and stay there. I have THM that I will try out in P4 and Iím going to be super diligent about testing foods and keeping a journal.

    Thanks for all your support and all the knowledge you provide. Youíre a warrior, too. Staying in that LDW can be a real pain but if anyone can find the best way to get back to where you want to be, itís you.
