I'm just under a year out from my last HCG round, and I think its only now that I've seen some progress with THM, and we're only talking a couple pounds at most. But if my theory is correct that I needed adjustment time after HCG before other methods work for loss, I may be able to very gradually lose to where I want to be over the next year. Which, actually seems fine to me at this point.
Thank you for the warm fuzzy wishes

I decided to start early and am on Day 2 of loading. Doing pellets again, so tomorrow start P2. I could't wait until next week. The thought of carrying these extra pounds made my decision

I am happy your doing well, and I agree it most likely takes to time for the adjustment after these diets. I think it's great your continuing on with this plan and just taking the time

I only hope I do well after this and with doing FMD in P4

Yes, I've been thinking about having done 10 rounds, most of them long ones. I wonder if it may be that my body needs more time to recover just because of the stress of doing that many rounds.

Maybe you'll find the key that will allow you to maintain better this time. I will say that the one time I did FMD for nearly 6 months, I did not gain over my previous rounds LIW. That is the only time that has happened for me.

    Hi Leez,

How much time did you wait between those later rounds? I've traveled a lot last year, and stayed within my range until around October. As of now I am about 12 lbs. above my normal range all of it in the hip/thigh/butt area (which my new beau and mother both say they love). In spite of them, I am still thinking about possibly doing another round before Spring, since I love my small size Spring & Summer wardrobe and the way I look in it being "less hippy"

I went back and checked my logs. Apparently I have done 9 rounds. (It just seems like more!)

    Here's the stats:
    ROUND 6: Short round - 30 days [April 2014: 15 months since R#5

Round 7: Long Round March 2015 [10 months since end of R6]

    ROUND 8 (34 doses, 37 day round) July 2017
    2+years since round 7

    Round 9: shorter round (28 doses, 28 days) April, 2018 9months since round 8

I understand wanting to wear your cute smaller clothes, but if you look great at your current weight, maybe you could learn to be happy there. (You seem to have great feedback on that.)

I'm basically coming to the conclusion that I was continuously fighting to get to and stay at my goal, which is 135. I seem to be able to stabilize between 5-10 pounds above that elusive dream number 130 that I never quite got to. (I'm 5'5") I am enjoying eating pretty normally without gaining. That is worth a lot. And all my small clothes still fit. They just don't hang quite as loosely as they did when I briefly dipped down close to the 130 mark. (Like one day! haha!. I actually hit 130.8 one morning last summer. Then, right back up.)

At 5'10", even 160 is not overweight. Its probably about mid-range of normal. So just something to think about.

Yes, my mom and beau keep reminding me how flat my tummy still is, I just have more of a pronounced hourglass figure (ala Marilyn Monroe back in the day), so my hips are my largest area now, since I had a breast reduction a few years back. In the past the upper body was always larger, even when I was overweight. I'll see how it goes, and if I can get some of these pounds off by walking or bike riding. If not, I'll just see, even though I've loved being under 150 for these past 4 years.

I really appreciate and value your feedback and the information you provided.

That's the thing I look at---the side view in the mirror in the morning. As long as I'm staying flat in the middle, I can live with that. Its when pudge starts hanging over that I am uncomfortable.

You have the advantage with larger hips to be right on trend with today's beauty standards. I say, work it girl! ^_^

And congrats on the new beau....that was a new bit of info I wasn't aware of. Hope all progresses as you wish for.

    .
That's what happened to me again. I couldn't stand my side view anymore lol

I am already feeling better and its only Day 1 of P2

I agree with Leez sdwis, if you still like how you look and feel comfortable, then all is good. But if you lose a bit with some other method, then that's great too. Good luck and congrats on new beau as well

Anyway continuing on P2 yet, as I have been in a stall. I started taking my Magnesium and now I am dropping a bit more on the scale

I really want to get to goal weight before I start P3, so hopefully this week that will happen

Then I will do my phases , and then onto FMD
