Leez- i agree with you, preparation is key. Determination is half the battle.
I'm still bouncing, with no weight loss. I'm about to cut my round short, as I am POP, but not losing. I'm not gaining either, but we have some family functions coming up in July and I'm thinking I'd like to be in P3/P4 for them. Since I'm not losing, I don't think a few days will make a difference.
I'm wondering if my dose was too high. I felt no hunger but weight loss stopped after tne second week.
