That is great news Leez. Im not solidly in the 130s as i occasionally get up to 140.6 but still a micro downward trend instead of micro upward trend
An update on maintenance--above my goal a bit but still in sight of it. I've recently had a bit of a down-tick in my weight that put me back in a comfortable place.
I'm basically doing a whole foods, no sugar or processed foods program ala Trim Healthy Mama, but I've found that I do about the same whether I separate fuels or not. So I aim for separation, but most of the time cross over with just a little extra fat in my carb meals, and a little extra carb in my fat meals. It seems to be working out. Hopefully this losing trend will continue and I'll eventually get back to my happy weight.

Well I'm not quite at p4. I'm p3d16.
I'm wondering what new foods to try this week. I've had a banana or 3, peanut butter once.
So far have only come close to 2lb over mark one time first week. Probably cashews. Haven't had anymore.
I have Ezekiel bread. Haven't tried it. Don't really like it unless it's toasted but after paying $5 I'm going to eat it!!
I would like to lose another 8-19lbs with out doing a round. Lost 7 on my own before I did this last round. tried doing the noon thing and it just did not work for me. But my pastor's wife lost almost 50 pounds doing it!!
I dont do Well with eating bananas. I dont eat them in P4 either except rarely. I stick to apples blueberries And strawberries snd oranges in winter.
Cashews always dont work well. I stick to pistacios with shells. Takes longer to eat them I see a pattern in P4. I am gradually snd very slowly Creeping down. That seems to be about half lb per week. Doesnt sound like much but better than inching up. Not sure if it will continue but i am enjoying it

That's awesome Roselanoue!!
I'm not a huge nut eater but eat them occasionally.
Love raspberries and strawberries! As well as bananas and oranges, cantaloupe, watermelon.
So my prior post says I want to lose 8 to 19 lb. No I don't I want to lose 8 to 10. Apparently my finger hit the wrong button!
All of the threads I'm on have died!! Where did everyone go?
We're either on the Monthly Threads - Lovely Losers, Leez's Loaders etc. Should we start a "2020 - Maintaining and Sustaining in P4" Thread? Since it looks like there are quite a few posting these days on their successful P4's, many even continuing to lose a few lbs.

Sounds like a great idea, and a way to share maintenance strategies.
I kind of like adding "re-training" to your rhyming list.Because, in fact, if we don't have a new plan going forward, its almost certain we'll be back needing HCG again.

Sounds like a good idea to me! I was curious what thoughts are on Atkins bars. I have? I have three days left on P3. And sometimes I get stuck where I can't get food and I would love to have matkins r I know they have high carb but just curious
