Howdies to this group that has indeed stayed connected for quite a few years now.
Still hanging around 138, but have been dipping below in the last week or so. Maybe I'll creep down a bit more. But I'm good with where I am now, so not at all stressed about it.
I've been eating tons of garden tomato sandwiches, with mayo--tomato flavor is wonderful this year. I only planted one Early Girl plant this year, but its been a powerhouse producer. Its about 6 feet tall, and I've been supplying all my neighbors too.

Doing well scale-wise. Have crept down a little more and hovering between 136-137. I love it when everything fits properly, and that's where I am right now.
My drivers license weight is listed at 135. I'm pretty close. I might be an honest person soon. ^_^
I'm still following THM principles most of the time, although I'm eating a lot of crossover meals, my meals have trended smaller over the past few months. I try not to skip meals, but sometimes I just don't feel hungry enough to eat. I think I'm becoming satisfied with less because now I only eat what I'm hungry for, instead of my old pattern of choosing according to what I think would be a good idea. Even though I don't make myself eat things I don't like, it still likely led to eating more than I needed.
My happy news is that I can eat eggs again! Not sure when it happened or why, but over the last year, I've been noticing that I wasn't reacting to eggs in baked goods anymore. Over the summer, I tried a couple things that had small amounts of egg in them and was ok. And this month I finally got brave enough to test eggs for breakfast and passed the test. So happy about that. I've missed having eggs for breakfast. And baking is so much simpler again. A very nice blessing!

@Leez. You are just right on track. Slowly creeping down and not up. I am 145.2 so almost 2 lbs under LIW. Hope to eat better as I will be home next 3 weeks. Happy to be under LIW. Not sure if I can get under 140 this year. I want to be where u r. I was there for awhile but not yet feeling well. Ragweed allergies difficult right now snd getting very little sleep coughing all night. I will get there but checking in nevertheless

Being under LIW even a little is a victory this far out from your last round. But I hear you about your best number. Getting there makes a difference in your mental comfort, even if no one else can see it.

That’s great news Leez. Glad to here your happy and doing well.
Also great to hear from Rose and that your doing well.
I am getting closer to being where I want to be. It’s hard some days. We had a busy summer with renovations so my husband can get around better in the house. His cancer appears to be sleeping as they want to call it as with his type they can’t say remission.
He can get around a bit with his walker and he has a scooter now so he can at least get out more.
He can’t dress himself and may never be able to but at least there is progress .
We have a new caregiver since June and she is more supportive and motivates him.
I just have to stay motivated as it’s hard sometimes with no break. But I am glad he is doing better.
Just wanted to pop in and say Hi to you all.
