    I am getting closer to being where I want to be. It’s hard some days. We had a busy summer with renovations so my husband can get around better in the house. His cancer appears to be sleeping as they want to call it as with his type they can’t say remission.
    He can get around a bit with his walker and he has a scooter now so he can at least get out more.
    He can’t dress himself and may never be able to but at least there is progress .
    We have a new caregiver since June and she is more supportive and motivates him.
    I just have to stay motivated as it’s hard sometimes with no break. But I am glad he is doing better.
    Just wanted to pop in and say Hi to you all.

    Back on hcg. Quit weighing and eating right. 10 lbs over last liw but that’s because I’m back on and dropped 6 lbs

    Thank you for your prayers. Good luck on your round Rose. I have been thinking about it. I too have gained a bit. I just have so many things going on so just not sure yet. Last month was a long month. My Dad had cancer and it progressed very fast and lost him on the 24th. I then got Covid and then my husband got it. He was in hospital for a couple weeks but is doing okay now .

    Wow, Jayk, you've been through a lot. So sorry you've had to deal with so much.

    Glad you and your husband are recovering. You'd think with all that stress you'd have lost weight. Life can be so unfair.

    Oh Jayk. I am so sorry to hear all that is happening, I know you have to be ready to do it and with all that is happening right now i can understand your energy might be focused elsewhere. So sorry about your dad. Covid seemed to massively spread this winter. My husbands brother passed away in September but he had other health issues besides Covid and he had two shots. A rough year for you for sure… please keep in touch even if you dont do a round… you have been on my mind

    I think of you guys too and wish everyone to stay safe and healthy.
    I try to check in and see how everyone is doing?
    I agree that it’s sad that Covid has taken so many people, usually because they have other health problems.
    I am trying to get back on track and am sure I will soon.

    Hi Rose and everyone else ... It has been a tough year for sure. My husband isn't yet back to where he was, but doing okay...

    My other dog passed a couple weeks ago. She got sick very quickly and went downhill fast. But she was 12 and a Husky/Shepherd Cross. She live a good life. I just have cats left now lol.

    I have decided to do this diet again, and hope I can stay strong and stick to it. I am on Phase 2 starting today. Loaded on the weekend.

    Even though I haven't posted in a long time, I think of you Rose and everyone else.
