    Good to hear from you again, Jayk. And glad to hear you are taking care of yourself. When you are a care-giver, that is super important. All the best on your "self-care" P2 round. I know I always feel peaceful during P2 for some reason. Maybe its the simplicity of it and the decisions are made for you that make it so.

    Hi Leez. I agree about feeling peaceful during P2. I just generally feel better. I think you nailed it there, with the simplicity of it and decisions. Less stress.

    It has been a rough go of it for the last 4 years. This past year really did me in. I have always been a strong person, but I think I hit my breaking point. I actually quit my job last September too. But now I finally feel good again, and pursuing a new job. And after losing this time, I have a plan and going to make it work for me.

    Hi everyone!

    Hi, just popping in to join your thread. I am in P2D9. Going steady.

    I last did this many years ago, and very glad to have found it again. It’s taken a lot for me to get here, and I’m so glad that I’ve arrived back on a plan. I’m incredibly grateful for all of it, and thankful to my body for allowing me to feel okay as I progress.

    Cheers, and wishing everyone well! Can’t believe it will be Summer next month!
