Thanks for your comment on my losses. It's crazy, but this round I'm really starting to feel like a normal person. When I meet people for the first time I'm realizing they are probably not seeing an over weight person. Perfect, hell no, still has some pounds, of course. But not overtly over weight as in that's what you notice about me right away. This is truly the first time in my life I can say that.

Sounds fun with the kiddos. Great age when you can hang out with them as mini adults, yet they still look up to you. My niece and nephews are babies yet, and I LOVE this stage. But also very much look forward to when they're older and we can do more grown up type things together.

He saw on my calendar that I'm attending the annual conference in April, so sends me this email with a million questions. That I have a "bunch" of time off coming up and will my projects all be green? If so, then I can go. Um a BUNCH? I have 3 days in Feb. Then nothing until June, which is well after the conference. Idk, rubbed me the wrong way. I NEVER take days off, but have a few family events coming up and now I'm being questioned? Aren't my projects normally 100% green? Ugh. We have this monthly status meeting and that's our way of getting thru everything quickly. Is this red or green. Green? Great, move on. Red, ok let's deep dive into it. Blah.

In other news, down a pound today. Needed to "go" and did, and apparently there was some poundage there. hahaha. Hope you're all losers today too!
YAY!! for both the "need to go and went" and the "drop in poundage"... bosses!! some are so great- some meh... I hope your day got better.

I vowed this year, I was going to take more time off. But right now, I am spending every spare moment when I'm not working, studying for my Series 65. OMG, it is so much material. There are 10 units in the text book, and I finished Unit 6 last night. Thank god the company has a QBank of electronic questions on their website, so you can practice, practice, practice. I think after I take this, I might have to have very large TITO's!! That will be in mid-March.

Kap, when I see your ticker, I say WOW!! Look at your progress! You are at the final stretch, and at 110, you will be a skinny-minny!! We have about the same amount to lose to hit goal. And then we can go clothes shopping.
Okay, only down .4 today after a 2 day wash. BUT I haven't gone the bathroom in 3 days for the most part. I think today I will take some magnesium, and I did not do steak day yesterday because I had 1 chicken breast I had to cook up, or it would have gone bad. So today, will be steak and mushroom day. I'll see how it goes.
WOW-- that's some studying! Good luck to you-- you'll pass with flying colors.
And hell yeah! Once we get to goal- we can go virtual shopping together!! I promised myself is I get to goal- I'm going into Manhattan, NYC to a sample sale-- for those that don't know what that is-- it's a private sale ( well some are)-- they sell the clothes that the designers showed on the runway in Milan. For a fraction of the price.. however, they usually only have size 2/4... and I'm not really sure I will ever be that small. My goal weight should put me in a comfortable fitting 6.

I totally get that April. I started to feel like that about 2 years ago. That's when I hit size 8 for the first time. I've bounced up and down since then.

I had a pretty uneventful day- which is fine by me. This weekend was enough excitement for a while.
I'm starting to get a bit nervous about P3. Just want to keep myself in check.

April, Happy Belated Birthday!! Hope you enjoyed ... as much as you can on a POP eating plan!! LOL! There's Tito's waiting for you in P3.

Ski, OMG, way to go on the 2 lb. loss! You must feel amazing!! AND I'm studying for my Series 65, the Investment Advisors Law Exam. Fun right?! NOT!!

Kap, thanks for words of encouragement on both P2 and Exam, although I'm not feeling too confident on the latter. On practice exams I'm just getting mid 70's. You really should be in the mid-80's to ensure passing. Hey, it's only been 13 days since I started studying, and they say it takes 6-7 weeks of study. I have plenty of time. Oh, and the virtual shopping sounds fun, as does the private NYC sale. If I get to goal, I should be at the size 2 or 4, so that's encouraging, and I have a friend/colleague in NYC that can find out more about these sales.

Okay, I was down 1.6 this morning. Very excited about that, BUT I think it's also because I took some magnesium yesterday late afternoon, and had bathroom action last night, and before weigh in this AM. My fear is that I'll be up tomorrow b/c in the past sometimes I would be up after a magnesium "clean out". LOL! I hope not, but if I'm up a bit, I won't cry over it b/c I know what to expect.

Feeling mighty cold lately.. but then again it is 12* here during the day. The scale was down .6- and I'm pretty happy with that.. as yesterday I had a .2 loss and the day before I lost a whole pound. I'm in week 6-- and I've got another 2 more days till week 6 is over.. I've had bigger losses this week than in week 2 and 3. This round is my weirdest for losses.
Tried on my sizes 6 dresses-- they are better but not great. But I am confident that they will fit and look good once I hit P3. Hopefully I'll be down another 3-4 pounds by then.
I'm feeling good, need to be busy otherwise my mind wonders to food.

I notice that it's harder towards the end of the round to stay focused. My mind wanders to food too...but not to specific foods, just the idea that I could eat normal meals again. Maybe I don't think about specific foods because I just don't let my mind go there.

It seemed to help when I just concentrated on the day I was on and not look too much ahead. I found that the 72 hours waiting for P3 to start were the hardest mentally, although I never had to deal with any hunger during that time, thankfully.

    I hear ya Leez.
I was lucky to be busy today and didn't even have a chance to think about food. I don't find myself hungry or craving at this particular time. I think it's just boredom. Which also makes me think that I still will be battling that "eating to keep busy". Well knowing if half the battle right?!
Some rounds the 72 hours seemed to drag, but others it flew by. We shall see what happens this time around.

I'm down .4 today. Loving these constant little losses. They are sure adding up. Today I'm wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't worn since I bought them. Doing a little happy dance in those jeans. lol

    Hey ladies,
Having an amazing day already. Woke up early and weighed. The scale was teetering between 127.2 and 126.6-- it decided to stick to 127.2.
After running some errands and visiting the throne-- I decided to weight again. Since I hadn't eaten anything- only had about 3 cups of coffee..hahah
The scale was down to 126.4-- made it a 'me' morning and took a hot bath. With a wet head wrapped in a towel I jumped on the scale one last time to make sure of my daily weight. It was 126.4!! So I'm taking that as today's weight.
I hope everyone is having a great loss day.

Great scale news, kapluzie. Its so exhiliarating to see those new lower numbers as you go through P2.

It takes some of us who have those creep-ups in between rounds a bit longer, but we eventually get there!
