I know many have lost on hhcg and they have always been on it. If you have done severwl rx rounds i would be inclined
To wait out the number of weeks and use what works. Just my opinion. If i needed to do another round i would stabilize where i was and en go back. Sounds like younare stabilizing well Kapulzie . Lv2ski. you are going after that extra 10 and thats great but wonder if the reason for wanting to switch snthe waiting time, the ease of getting hhcg, the cost??

Yes Kap, my test is over and behind me, thank goodness. Soooo happy to have that over with.

I definitely want to do another round. My round this past summer I mixed in working out, so I don't look like I did that round although at the same weight. I definitely need to tighten up. I need to start my walks and dvds. I should have done it this weekend, since it was my first free weekend, but I had a lot of things to catch up on, and made food to take over for Easter and spent the day with my Mom. She is really sick from the chemo and is so week. She's also very thin, and she looks pregnant, as she has a tumor. I feel so bad for her. And I ate like a pig on Easter. Too afraid to get on the scale until I feel stabilized.

Luv, you've done so well on your rounds. Did I read that you are considering doing the hhcg? That's all I've ever used until I purchase some for my summer round. I use the Intermountain pellets. I think they were just $59 and they last a long time.

I think I will do my walk on my lunch break today. It's a nice day out! Enjoy everyone!

Kap so good to hear from you and all is well.. sounds like p4 is treating you well!

rose... i think the thought of hhcg is all of those things you asked all put together... i use the nu image rx pellets... very expensive! work? yes.... and im impateint to wait 12 weeks... and wondering if i did the hhcg i could start earlier... but i should just stabilize and wait it out, try and lose some on p4 and maybe dont even need a "round" , getting pellets from nu image is SLOW... VERY SLOW... but i just order like a month before i want to start and i will have them in time... hhhhhhh... just thinking out loud i guess... but love the voices of reason i can gain from everyone... well, not to many in here, guess i would have to start posting somewhere else too!... love hearing about your working travels and how well your doing... i aspire to follow in your foot steps...

Cat... ill check out the intermountain... wow! crazy price difference! well under 100 bucks! ... looks like another round for both of us...

and what exactly is abnormal fat? where wopuld that be? lol... seems i still have it but whats the difference between abnormal and just plain ole fat?

Lv2ski, perhaps if you did a modified THM....changing things up a bit you may drop a couple of pounds before starting your final round... I call them my "vanity" rounds. Lol! Meaning im fine at my current weight but always think another 5 lbs less would be nice. My husband said at my age i shouldnt think about it. Hahaha Had a couple of people say that but i think i know my body. Problem at my age is the skin is not as elastic at 73 as it was at 53. Well im keeping on. Nice hotel this weekend in San Antonio close enough to walk to our show. Good weather expected. Hopefully good sales too

    Hanks rose....

Yes I will think about the modified THM idea.... I think that would be completely doable for me... And I agree about skin, the older we get the less elasticity it has... My stomach is a hot mess... Want to get the skin cut off!!
Not much new to report... Sticking with it and doing ok...
