    Hi All! Best wishes to you all starting off right! I am expecting my injections today or tomorrow in the mail. I'm excited. I had my fourth baby 18 months ago and I feel like I've gained and lost the same 20 lbs since then every month! So I'm looking forward to trying this and getting off some serious weight for a fresh start. I'm 235 and my goal is 165 (I'm 5'11") so I'm expecting a few rounds for sure. I've been reading about loading and wondering if those days were necessary (seems counterintuitive) but it sounds like it is important. So I'll start when they arrive. Looking forward to this journey together!

    Yes! I feel like I'm going to throw up!!!!! I'm not used to eating this much. I'm afraid I'm not going to get in 200 grams of fat. I had a BEC biscuit with extra cheese and bacon, half a cup of raw almonds, 0% fat (I know) Fage yogurt, a slice of cheesecake with the most fat (couldn't eat it all), bacon cheeseburger from Five Guys, and 3 table spoons of PB. Too much!!!!

    You have one more day of loading right? You don't have to make yourself sick to load adequately. Just eat some fat everytime you have room...every couple of hours is fine. If you do that, it's enough to give you the jump start you need.

    I'm not sure where this idea of gorging to the point of pain and sickness comes from, but what Dr. Simeons seems to mean is to eat to capacity, and he calls that gorging. You sometimes have to make yourself eat, its true. Because you can lose hunger once the HCG starts circulating. But you do not have to eat so much that you make yourself sick.

    If you just don't have hunger, eat something fatty first when you eat. If you have more room, then eat some other things like sugary treats if you like. You can load very well without the junk though. (But have some of that too--its good for your soul. )

    Can I join your group? I will be starting round 2 Monday July 6th. I've managed to maintain my 20lb loss for the past 6 weeks and am anxious to get started up again. Wish I could lose as much as you have!

    Thanks! My typical food day is one pkg of oatmeal, fruit salad with Fage yogurt, and something not good for dinner. So I would have been fine with just breakfast for the day. I felt extremely full off of that. Smh

    I was trying to load on healthy fats but I ran out of ideas. I just remembered I have some Babybel Light cheese in the fridge. An avacado would have been good but I forgot to pick up.

    Here's some things on my loading list. Maybe it will give you some ideas:

    Guacamole
    Peanut butter rolled up in hard salami
    Deviled eggs (use lots of mayo, and mix in avocado if you want to)
    cheese of any kind. I like to fry mine and eat it like big crispy chip. Recipe: http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...e-cheez-20823/
    barbecued pork ribs
    fried chicken or greasy diner sliders with sweet potato fries
    HagenDaze coffee icecream
    homemade cheesecake
    nuts! macadamias are the fattiest. I try to pop a few whenever I'm thinking about it.
    sunflower seeds
    butter slathered on my favorite toasted bread (Kerry Gold is amazing)
    your favorite chocolate
    bacon! (or chocolate dipped bacon....even better)

    I don't eat fruit or veggies much while loading unless they are fried or in a pie! ^_^

    I covered most items on the list today. The ones I didn't I will have tomorrow. I just chested and took 4 teaspoons of fish oil. That's 20 grams of fat. Thinking back, I should have gotten the fries at Five Guys today. They have the fattiest fries around. However, I didn't want a bunch of carbs.

    Hi, I just registered also! I did this before back in october and lost 32 pounds in 31 days! I was so surprised. and then unfortunately i caught a nasty flu that left me with crazy bronchitis. I'm picking back up as of today. Day 1 Phase 1. What better time to load than the 4th? eat all the ribs and chilli today and leftovers tomorrow. Then get down to business when going back to work. I have 120 pounds to lose. So hopefully we can all keep motivating each other! Good Luck!
