Morning Girls! Oh Leez, the Plan sounds very interesting. Definitely sounds like work, but it makes total sense. I think even when doing hcg you start to see what things work and don't work (like I absolutely can't eat red onion on P2), but this plan is certainly to the science. I know for me, I'd have to do it when it was the slow season for work ... like Summer, because I think it require some serious focus. But I am so happy it is working for you.

April, I was just thinking about you for today through Friday with your sales team coming in. I know when we all get together at work, it becomes a major drink fest, so I wish you the best. Hey, try the mocktail ... club soda with a couple splashes of bitters. It really looks like a cocktail, and bitters is actually good for your digestive system. I should have mentioned this before, especially to Ski when she had to endure that chick who couldn't have a good time without everyone else boozing it up. LOL! And April, I totally agree with your thoughts on this forum. A very safe place to come. We all want the same thing, and we're in this together.

Ski, I hope you had some bathroom action today. You'll see a big loss for sure, but hey, take the tiny losses. I actually think the smaller losses is when our body is losing the inches, and I've got to think ultimately that's what we want. And I believe you said you had one more practice for your Thriller Debut on Halloween. Oh, how I wish you could send a video clip for us to see!!!

Oh, where is Mew!? Miss her posts!!

Okay, I was down 1.4 today, and I'll take it. Officially, that makes for a very small loss of 1st week P2 of only 2.6, but honestly I feel like I restarted Monday, and I'm not going to look back. Heck, if I could just get to my original goal of 124, I'd be happy ... striving for 118 might be unrealistic. Craig is complaining a bit that I'm doing this again. He's like "there's nothing more to lose", but he's just being sweet. But hey, I guess at 5'8" and 131.2, I'm not exactly hideous, but I definitely have some tummy fat that needs to go. I just want to feel good about myself when I turn 50. OMG, I'm starting to freak!!

I have lunch appointment with client today. I did well on my Monday lunch, so crossing my fingers I can stay strong again. And I've got to remember to drink more water. I wasn't very good about it yesterday. Okay, keep up the good work!!

Leez you must be pretty disciplined to do some of the programs you have, I don't know much about any of them, just in what I'm reading in here... I'm a little confused in the options available, what would be best to try at one point. I've got plenty of time to think it over but some are a lot of work to eat all the different meals each day... Where do you find the time?

Cat, sounds like Craig is pretty happy with your body... I think it's getting hard for you to have big losses due to the fact that your so close to your goal weight, or what your body wants you to weigh... Nice loss today though huh!! I might kill to weigh 131.2 at your height... I'm a little under 5'9" and I don't even know when I would have ever weighed that, probably on my way up up up...haha.... Hope that lunch appointment went well for you... And glug glug glug that water girl!!

April, I imagine your pretty busy these next few days... I know you'll stay strong, your desire to be a goal is so strong. Like you said it's not a matter of if you get to goal it's when, and knowing you will be there... Just invision yourself by next June, when summer clothes have to be pulled out, you will literally have nothing to wear and your going to feel so great... Summer is my least favorite season for clothing, I just feel like everything looks nasty on due to a lot less material...

    Mewho??? Mewho...Ollie ollie umcome tree.....

AFM ... Not a whole lot of action at the pool, but did have somewhat of a success, will have to remember to take the natural calm plus today, I did do the smooth move tea and that did help a little to shift things ... But the scale was my buddy this morning with a 1.2 loss.... Yahooooooo..... And I do think cat is right when she says small losses can be the shifting of inches and fat, at least I think I want to start thinking that now.... Wearing a pair of pants this week that I wore last week and they fit different this week, looser in leg(already loose there) and looser at waist band too.... Nice!!

I'll have to inquire about the thriller being videoed, they have don't it in the past, so I'm hoping they will this year. If they do I will direct you guys to see it, .... Yup Thursday night is last night for formal rehearsal, but I will practice tonight at home, gotta fine tune the faces with the moves and practice some of the quick combinations....

Yes, I am disciplined. What motivates me to be that way is terror of becoming fat ever again. Its just too important to not take seriously. It actually takes more focus than it does time. I don't bother with a lot of recipes, I mostly just assemble ingredients. And THE PLAN recipes are all fast. The hardest part about it is having everything you need on the right days.

For those looking for a P4 plan, here are my thoughts on 3 good choices that keep you eating lots of real, clean foods:

Want to desensitize yourself to carbs and flood your body with foods that will heal your adrenals?
Try FMD [Fast Metabolism Diet, Hayley Pomroy]. (2 days grains & fruit-no fat, 2 days protein and veggies_no fat, 3 days healthy fats veggies, fruit, minimal grains-moderate fat) This plan disallows coffee and dairy.
    Overview: http://www.chewfo.com/diets/the-fast...oid-food-list/
Pros: everything is yummy, you have choices within each meal, you get to eat grains and sweet fruits, and a lot of them.
Cons: takes lots of planning and dealing with leftovers of things you can't eat again till next week, the Part2 days are a little more challenging because you only have protein and veggies to work with. No matter what I did, I gained on the Part3 days. I never figured that out.

Want the healing effects of FMD but without the structure?
Try THM [Trim Healthy Mama] choose every 3 hours from either fat+protein/veg berries, or starch+protein/veg fruit, or protein/veg no fat or fruit. Plan allows dairy and a tsp of fat with starch meals.
    Overview: http://savvyhomemaking.com/trim_heal...ew_start_here/
Pros: Most flexible. You get to have dairy proteins. You can have a tiny bit of fat with starch meals.
Cons: Most flexible-its' easy to mess up because you do have so many choices. Even when you are allowed starches, they are restricted to small portions.

THM is closest to P3 eating with a template on how to incorporate starch into P3 framework without disaster.

Want to zero in on what "healthy" foods might be causing gains for you and hidden inflammation that could be the source of arthritis, skin conditions, hormone or gastric problems--not to mention weight gain:
    Try THE PLAN [Lyn-Genet Recitas].
    Overview: http://www.chewfo.com/diets/the-plan...oid-food-list/
Pros: you might actually finally figure out what your real friendly foods are, not just the benign ones and learn how to use that to lose some weight when needed. All the recipes are yummy.
Cons: a LOT of prep and expensive ingredients, and results are not always decipherable without expert help. (and even then....) You will not be eating "like yourself" for a really long time because every little thing has to be isolated and given its own test day.

    Good morning,
Big donut this morning.. No change in the scale ... But that's ok, I had I nice 1.2 drop and I can really tell I'm loosing inches, last night I was doing a walk away the pounds dad because it was raining out and my workout pants were too big and were slipping down, wow, for something to slip off my hips is amazing, as you know my hips are BIG... But they are getting smaller... Also put on my llbean raincoat and it was loose and roomy around my hips now! It wasn't like that when I went away for Columbus day weekend.... And...lol.. As I was walking down the hall this morning at work someone stopped and and complimented me about my progress.... A feel good morning even when the scale didn't move....

So how is everyone else doing on the weird weather day here in New England? Rainy but steamy out...

Ski, kudos to you on the fitting of clothes ... or should I say the slipping off your hips clothes ... and the compliment to boost. What a great feeling. Don't worry about your goose egg today, it must be in the air because I didn't see a change in the scale either. Was out of the office for more than half a day yesterday, still didn't get in the amount of water I'd like, but I've got a good start today. Hey, we must have had your today's weather yesterday. It was humid, but rainy. Some periods it just poured. But today is actually quite beautiful ... nice and sunny, and it's currently 66 degrees, and will hit 70 by noon. Nice! I will get a walk in during lunch break for sure ... if I can get the phones to stop ringing!!

I woke up with some serious menstrual cramps this morning, but no TOM yet. I have felt this lingering all week, but nothing. Hmm, when women hit the change, do they have phantom cramps and symptoms and no TOM? Is that what could be happening to me? This is very strange. And I've been feeling ravenous too. Like yesterday I was craving runny yolks of eggs, so for dinner I had 2 fried eggs with hot sauce, and I also had 2 spoonfuls of almond butter. I'm sure that's why no loss today, but my GOD, I can't even watch TV because of all the delicious food commercials ... But I did watch the debate last night. OMG, so funny! Like a SNL skit!!

April, hope your sales event is going well! Ski, good luck with your final rehearsal tonight ... and when I mentioned send a video clip, maybe just get your hubby to video off his phone for a bit!! I would love to see it ... and you would not be recognizable because you're going to be looking dead, right? All zombied out?! Ha, you must be having so much fun with this!!

A goose egg when Tom is about to show or not show is normal, hey it wasn't a gain, almond butter,,mmmmmm, mmmm. I don't know about the Tom phantom though , I did not stop my cycle in a normal way, never got my period again at the age of 42 after having my gallbladder removed with complications, stayed in hospital for a week... Yuck...

Oh good idea, I'll have him video some if it.... I think I'm just going to go with the Victorian woman as my character , but this time I'm going to try a to wear a grey wig with it and be an old Victorian lady... That's if I can get all my hair under it, my hair is crazy long right now...ya I think you get our weather a day before, we might run a little colder here ... It's going to be pushing 70 today...so weird

    Best to all of you!!

Mewho....I'm worried about you. Please pop in and let us know you're OK

I'm still bouncing around the same 1/2 pound. But same as Ski, inches for sure. Today I'm wearing a new sweater, a little more form fitting than my usual, and I actually feel very thin. I feel normal. Yay!

To be normal again has been my driving goal. I know how great it feels to finally feel good in figure hugging clothes again. I will never opt for the Kim Kardashian poured-into-spandex look, but just not to be wearing bags all the time is so wonderful, isn't it?

Moving ahead, dropped .8 today and will be doing a previously friendly PLAN day today, so its possible I'll get a loss tomorrow too.

Sorry for the short post earlier, just stopped by quickly before the day's events got underway.

Everyone is doing GREAT! Yay! You can literally hear the happy in everyone's posts.

Just walked in the door, and decided to do a night time weigh. Looks like tomorrow will likely have zero on the scale again. I know this is normal, but I really didn't have a POP stall last round, so I'm sitting here perplexed. But at the same time, not really worth thinking about it, since I'm not going to do an apple day and I know I'm not doing anything I shouldn't be doing. So I will wait it out. But the 20 more lbs this round stretch goal is probably out of the question. 15 is still possible if I start to lose again soon. Either way, I'm smaller and feel great.

The work meetings are going well and I'm really not tempted whatsoever. Been getting my water in, and eating my meals with the group but just eating what I've prepped and brought with me. New guy is still in contact every day. We had an impromptu dinner early this week, but now I don't think I'll see him until later next week. He's going out of town for the weekend. Trying really hard not to get too excited or attached this early on, but the guy is on my mind 24/7. The meetings this week have been good for that, keeps my mind engaged in other things besides him
