    P3 Buddies group

This is a group for talking about P3, the maintainance phase. You can talk about all things food here without tempting your other buddies who may still be working their way through P2.

This is a place to encourage and get encouraged as you work your way through the 21 days of P3. Have fun sharing menus, recipes, testing experiences, and keeping in your LIW window.

When you are finished with P3, you're welcome to keep posting and supporting others in P3.

I've also set up a thread for P4 maintenance discussions group here:
    Maintenance P4 Check-in Group
At goal since 2015. \(ᵔᴥᵔ)/ Total HCG loss: 77# [5'5" 210-133] Maintenance strategies overview
Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. (All HDI site discounts and coupons apply.) A full review of my experience and how the round progressed: my Diet Doc review and my Hcg coaching blog here

Good morning P3ers. I'm on p3 day 9 and it's going great. I've added lots of options back in and I'm .9 above my last drops day. I'm loving P3 and all the variety. I'm keeping it primarily to proteins and veggies but have done well with dairy (cheese nummy) and nuts. I leave in one week for vacation. I hope I don't do too much damage...

Lemon - only on Saturday. I had a few different drinks - white wine, champagne and vodka club soda. Other than that, I've been staying away from it. I'll be revisiting some cocktails once again this weekend.

Today is my last day eating P2. Tonight I'm making peanut butter fat bombs and a recipe I found for chocolate covered almonds, cannot freaking wait; of course its the lame chocolate but any works especially when I haven't had it in so long. I'm going to stick to mostly fats and proteins with the occasional fruit. I'd eat more but it's not really in season. I was going to eat the Ketosis way but since it only nets me 1lb a month loss on the scale, i'll just stick to my norm eating. I think I'll be able to lose the rest of my weight naturally once my hormones level out from my bioidenticals I'm starting 2/17. Or I'll start another 23 day round to lose the last of it as long as my bioidenticals don't get thrown off due to HCG. I'll have to check with the doctor about that at my appointment.

I can't wait for bacon tomorrow.
    Load/Start 10/27
    Goal to lose 10lbs.

    10/29: 136.2
    10/30: 133.2
    10/31: 132.6
    11/1: 132

I'll be there soon. I've never gone past 30 injections and I have to say the extra 10 days I added on right at the end of my 30 is HARD. I don't crave/want breads, sweets, pasta etc.......I just want more meat and veggies right now. Plus, I miss my eggs for breakfast. I wanna drop 2 more pounds but I keep cheating (tiny amount) and I'm blocking any extra progress! UGH!!! I may wake up any day and be DONE. I'm following you JEN. Grateful you are staying engaged and hopefully Twabell, Lemon and LuLu will finish up in the next week and switch over to this thread.

And, your doing really well!!! Congrats. Mac

Hi, everyone. Do you mind if I poke my head in here? I'm still in P2, today is VLCD28 of ooooooh R9 I think?? So far, down a total of 21#, I'm 53, 5'6, hypothyroid on meds, with lots of physical limitations. My last injection will be next Saturday for a total of 36 VLCD's. My hope is to get OUT of the 170's and start P3 in the 160's. Still want another 20# at least gone, but I'm very happy with how this round is going

I cannot WAIT for P3!!!!! The next week will be full of plotting and planning what I'd like to start with, but it's typically dairy. I go slow adding things since my first round and I moved WAY too fast (suffered as a result, too), so I haven't thought beyond cream in my coffee at this point, hee hee. I'm kind of planning Weight Watchers after I finish P3 and stabilize, my girlfriend is on it right now and loving life.

I've come to accept sugar is my firm enemy, I won't partake in the faux baked goodies for a long while. <sigh...> That's a tough one for me, but it is what it is.

Sugar IS the enemy. For REAL.

I want some roast chicken. The skin. I want it.

My hubby laughs at me when I start P3 because I LOVE chicken skin! On breasts, WINGS, thighs - cannot get enough. I have some wingettes in the freezer just waiting for me, hee hee.

I really love chicken skin too. In my last P3, I ordered a package of frozen turkey skin and chicken skin from an online Kosher Meat Company. I steamed them in water for a few minutes, then roasted them in the oven for breakfast and they became crispy and crunchy like bacon (which I am sensitive to) but they tasted so much better - YUMMY!

Good morning all! Happy day after the Super Bowl. I'm feeling the pain today. I had a bit of wine yesterday and my body is mad at me. Going from 30 days without out and then a few days in a row with it has me feeling yucky. However, I did have a really fun weekend. I made a bunch of really cool P3 recipes from Pinterest. A few soups and a few delicious appetizers. It was fun trying some new stuff with p3 friendly foods.

I'm loving p3 I'm on day 12 and am 1.3 lbs below my last drops weight. I leave soon for Mexico so I'm glad the stabilizing has been going well. No huge swings with my weight so far. Fingers crossed that continues.

Welcome to all of those just coming into p3 and those who are about to. It's wonderful! I loves me some bacon.
