Lulu! You look amazing! Lovely family. Really happy you had a smashing time. Cheese, wine and beer- and in France and Prague??? You cannot pass that up, girl!

Hello, Lulu24. The Paris trip sounds wonderful.

@leez, have a fab and safe time on your trip. Wishing you the the best beach weather

P3D4 status: Whether it's the daily inflammation smoothies, a more healed metabolism, or just weird luck this time around, for the very first time on a P3, I have lost the day 1 gain that always happened...above the 2 lb window, right out the gate

Never have been a mere .2 above LIW on day 4...ever, so I am very happy and feel successful and much more optimistic about this P3.

I have my sights set on being at the 2 lb under LIW. Hope I can get there.

    Hi All!
I thought I'd jump in on this thread because this is my first P3. I did the hcg diet 2 years ago but like many others, didn't stick to good P3 guidelines. @harrayandcindy5 - We are very close so I may bug you for things here and there. I'm P3D5 today and unfortunately doing a steak day already .4 above my window. I had a ton of salt and some alcohol over the weekend (excessive Cinco De Mayo celebrating) so hoping I drop back down tomorrow. I am also worried about not enough eating? It's hard to just start eating a bunch; I've eased into it but eating to hunger. The only thing different from P2 I've added is fats (boy I missed those avocados!) fattier meats and eggs. I read you all talking about these other diets, THM, TMD - I've never heard of them. I'm basically doing Whole 30 and LOVED the homemade ranch dressing yesterday!

Back from my trip--it was truly a wonderful exotic time on a tropical beach. I finished out P3 on the first full day of the trip, and ate freely while away, but of course being careful to avoid my known allergens, and doing my best to observe hunger and satisfaction signals. I enjoyed some local specialties and didn't weigh while I was gone, or the day after traveling. I have found weighing that next day never produces an accurate number because of travel dehydration.

But today, I am happy to report that on P4D9 I am below LIW. I don't think I could ask for any happier scale news than that.

I hope my report encourages those still navigating their current P3.

    Missed Steak Day

I am P3D9 and should have done a steak day yesterday but couldn't (over by .4) Am I OK to do a steak day today with decent results? Does anyone have experience in this situation and what were your results? Thanks for your input!

Yes, you can still do a steak day today. You should get a similar result.

In my experience, delaying a steak day gives me a smaller loss, but then I may lose a little more the next day.

So nice to hear you had a fabulous vacation AND that you are below LIW. Wow, how many can say that. You truly are an inspiration to all of us.
