    Hi all...

    I see you are doing well staying vigilant for challenges along the way.

    I am doing fine on P3 I have been LIW +1 since Sunday. I am not complaining at all... just keeping an eye on things. My Keto experiment seems to be working, I am keeping my daily fat percentage at 80+%... seems to be working so far. My weight has been rock solid, even though it is 1 lb over LIW.
    R1-R4 round -182lbs

    OK Stevo, more menus. Let us know how you are doing it. I must do it wrong because I just gain but I do love having the pork steak for breakfast instead of eggs.

    Renea I recently learned you can drink too much water! I think I remember water retention as what happens if you do. Darned if you do, darned if you don't.lol

    well, up 1.2 today but I forgot to weigh before eating 3 sausage patties, ate at midnight, and went to bed at 3am so no worries. I figure if I can keep it to 1lb gain a day that will drop off in about 2 days of my return. titally loving my cofee with cream this morning!

    I'm afraid to even get on the scale. Total stress for days and I haven't eaten right, but I really fear the salted pecans LOL

    I don't know what it is about eating and stress. I do know I have to stop it.

    Excited for you Heather, let us know how you do (Cheese and Fage both sound so good)

    Renea, Sometimes our bodies just ebb and flow. If you are eating right don't worry about it.

    Casey I'm not even touching nuts for a very very very long time! I actually brought two healthy nut bars with me but I really need to throw them away!

    Good Morning! It sounds like we are all in the same boat =- ) LOL!!!

    I think Steve is only getting on over the weekend. If that is the case I hope he posts a whole bunch of menu's

    I am doing good - still not feeling like my "old" self. Very frustrated that all that work I had done over 2 years vanished! I want to be back where I was - AHHH!!!! Getting my blood test results today. It has been 6 months since my surgery and I know, I know, I need to give things time

    Yes you do need to give it time Renea, you are making great progress and you will get there and beyond if you are just patient.

    Don't worry Heather, have a great time and worry about it when you get back.

    I'm coming back down....slowly....but it is going in the right direction
