    I didn't do a steak day yesterday, just ate careful and clean, and I actually (for the first time in well over a month) lost a little on a non-correction day. I'm now only .6 over LIW. *big sigh of relief*

    Hi everyone, down .4 today (I really hate when it slows down).

    Heather I think Steve is right, it could very well be your gallbladder! You might want to make an appointment with your doctor, it's nothing to mess with.

    PEGGY!!!! Nice to see you again. What do you mean they are taking away our HCG? Did I miss something?

    Randi Good to hear that the weight left on it's own.

    Veggiemama Good for you giving double red! My blood pressure has always been too low for me to give blood, they take the pressure, smile and say....sorry.

    Jeremy You are going to have to share the suppliment list with us! How is the baby?

    I have a party Saturday night so it's going to be interesting to see how I do with that much temptation. It's the annual Christmas party for my dog club and the food there is always spectacular. I have to go because my boy is getting an award, but it's going to be really hard.

    My sister said it was on ABC Nightline a few nights ago -- the FDA is cracking down on HCG (and I'm assuming HHCG too). I checked with my supplier and she is out, and says her supplier is "reformulating" their drops before the FDA shuts them down.

    Oh great! Massivie amounts of drugs crossing the borders every day and they shut down HCG! Maybe we should ask the Mexican drug cartels to handle it and then we could buy it anywhere.

    I guess I better buy my HCG now for my Jan. round! Well I am up 1lb today but that was to be expected. I had different stuff yesterday..protien shake, chicken, and then snacks at a book club gathering. I have decided I have fasted long enough and I will partake in the snacks(but only a small amount) on these occasions and then eat good the next day and hopefully it will come back off. That's how it's supposed to work isn't it? So today is all protien, pork loin and eggs for breakfast, pork loin for lunch, and then steak tonight. We have School x-mas party tonight(I actually get a date with hubby!) but I usually do fine when I eat steak out so not too worried about that. Hopefully it will work and I'll head back down tomorrow. Oh the yo-yo of our lives!

    I'm up .4 today but frankly, I'm suprised it isn't more. I caved to a little midnight snacking last night that consisted of mixed nuts, tortilla chips and them some raspberry danish (I'm an emotional eater). Does this HCG crackdown include venues like ADC? I have more HCG, so that's not a problem, just wondering. I don't PLAN to do another round if I can help it.

    The little man is great...thanks for asking! Its amazing how much he has grown and how strong he has become. I've never loved something so much in my entire life. His mom is doing great as well...we are really having a lot of fun. Here is a new picture.

    The three supplements/vitamins I am on right now are Vitamin D (duh...why I wasn't taking this before I don't know). The other two you are probably best to google the benefits (or wikipedia...the descriptions are complex) but they are spirulina and chlorella. I've definitely noticed positive changes after a week with all three. Energy levels have been up but also better balanced than they previously were with me because I was looking to other sources for a short term boost. I also still take Natural Calm every night and that one will be with me the rest of my life.

    A lot of the grains she has introduced to me and just little ways to up my greens and fiber have really been helpful. My goal isn't so much to lose 10 more pounds just for the weight loss, i really want to lean out a little bit for purely selfish reasons...I look a lot better, more built, at 185.

    Yoga twice a week has really been a great help. My wife is a teacher so I have no excuse to not have been doing it all along, but at my lower weight now it is amazing how much better I am at inversions and arm balances....I'm holding up 48 lbs less than I was this time last year so it makes sense.

    What a beautiful baby Jeremy! You really do have a reason to keep the weight off, you have to be a role model now.

    Randi We need to find out about All Day Chemist. I love my doctor but I worry about his age. He only comes into the office one day a week now. He's been so good about the HCG but I don't know if you can find another doctor who won't charge a fortune. BTW I would think that small gain was more from the salt in your snacks rather then the snacks themselves.

    Heather you are so close to your goal. Are you happy with where you are?

    I only dropped .2 last night but at least it's a drop. Tonight it the Christmas party, I hope it's not too hard to resist all the goodies. Unfortunately it's at the caterer's house and every year they outdo themselves with wonderful food.

    LOL Casey...not as close any more....up to 159 today! All I had yesterday was pork loin, bacon, eggs, and then when we went to out I felt I made really good choices, steak, side salad, and i did get artichoke dip but only ate it with veggies and didin't eat too much. And I STILL gained 1.4! But to answer your question I am back and forth on how happy I am. Some days i feel I look great, others not so much. I feel I am on the verge of not feeling great a lot more so I do want to lose about 15 more lbs at least. I want that comfort zone where I don't feel like I am on the verge of "being bigger" which is how I feel now. I feel I'm only a few bad meals away and worry all the time. So I am counting down the days until Jan. 1 when I will finish this once and for all!e,

    PS. on a good note I did wear my size 6 jeans again to go out last night. I had tried them on a few weeks ago and could hardly squeeze into them so I was glad I could still wear them! It's a bit of a comfort that maybe even though the scale is moving up maybe I'm not getting bigger?

    That's the hardest part. I think I am going to try to lose 10 lbs below where my very moderate goal is so I can do the LR without worrying. They say at first you gain and then level out, so I want to make sure I am where I need to be fore I even attempt it. I think when we regain we just sort of go to a place where our body feels comfortable. When I was gaining I didn't keep going, I leveled out at where I stabilized on the round before and then it didn't seem to matter what I ate, I stayed there. I never really stabilized after my last round, but it looks like you are doing really well. I wonder how long we have to stay at a weight to really be stabilized?

    That's nice to know Casey that at first many gain on LR. It seems that I tend to gain when I eat anything but the basics, but then I will drop back down when I cut out anything new again. It is just so frustrating that I can't even have anything different without gaining, even though I am sticking strictly to healthy foods when I veer. I just feel like being this far into P4 I should be able to have taco salad with beanitos(just and example) without gaining 2lbs! I just have to have faith that it will even out in the end and eventually I will get to where I can eat more variety. But for now I guess I'll veer every now and then and then be strict to correct. How many days until Jan. 2? LOL
