I've been at the same weight for over a week now with some ups and back-downs of a pound or two. Looking for that next drop. I wonder if there is any power in expecting it to happen?

Not sure wishing helps but i believe it helps us be more mindful of what we eat. I write down everything going into my mouth. Lots of time on my hands . It is interesting to see differences. I usually weigh less on Wed or Thurs but higher on Monday... while i do vary a lb or so the high and low are slowwwwwly dropping. Hoping to see 137ish in August sometime, 82 days on P4 If i get to 135 by end of year I will be ecstatic..but if not I am still happy. Thanksgiving and Christmas puts me in the kitchen more

135 is my happy number too. But ecstasy will commence when I break back under 140/. ^_^ To get there without some kind of drastic intervention seems miraculous to me.
Interestingly, the low weight that I held for the longest periods (several years) was 138. I wonder if that is where I'm headed.
I do keep mental track of what I'm eating, but just don't have the discipline to write it all down unless I'm monitoring P2 or P3. It is pretty impressive that you are still doing that. Maybe it is a key to the downward creep. Like you said, mindfulness.

My very first round that I did back in 2010 I got to 132. And here I sit at 151.4.
I went up to 135.8 and stayed there for two years and was pretty ecstatic about that. But then I have just roller coaster too long since then gaining back the same 15lb every year. And tell 2018 where I gained 30 from the adrenal fatigue.
I would love to see 140 again!!
I had gone up to 171 but then kind of dropped down to 169 and held out there for a while.
Lost 7 lbs on my own, Then I started this HCG again.
