As for me, my creep down has halted for the last month or so. But I've noticed this week that I'm dipping below a bit here and there and then come back up. So maybe my body is getting ready to inch down a bit more.

With all the beautiful end of summer weather, I've been outside working in the yard a lot. I think that has been therapeutic too, with all the closed-in feelings that seem to be our way of life right now. I have to be super careful because DH is in the highest risk group, so have not being going anywhere unless absolutely necessary.
Leez, my creep down has kind of leveled off but i am also trying out different things... more starches and slightly more calories on weekend. Thursday or Friday is my weigh day and this week at 137.4 so still close to 7 lbs under LIW Prob could get down cpl pounds if it wasnt for my non accountability Sunday dinners and sometimes Saturdays too. Last week was pot roast with carrots potatoes onion and celery and sweep potatoes and okra stew and apple pie with rediwhip. Not weighing for a few days after the weekend keeps me out of my head and seems ro be working. Usually not eating after 6 but if i do get hungry i eat some deli meat

Hey Leez. Good to hear your maintaining well and wish you luck on dipping down. I am doing the same these days Leez, not going anywhere unless we have appointments, work and groceries is about it. We don't want my husband to get it either.

We actually had an outing this week. We met friends at a restaurant with patio seating by a fountain on a beautiful sunny day. It felt safe to be outdoors and the meal was lovely. I tried branzino for the first time and it was a good choice, but getting together with old friends was the biggest treat. It's hard to describe how refreshing it was to do something "normal" again.

I'm glad we were able to arrange it before the weather turns.

Encouraging all of us that have to be super careful to still find ways to be social while still being careful. Its so important for mental health.

Thanks for the update Jayk, glad things are holding steady for now.

    Hi Leez,

I picked up some Branzino Fish at the store last week. I plan to grill it this weekend, and will let you know how I like it.

    Hello everyone.

Well my maintenance went out the window. Starting snacking a lot since last on here. Due to stress I think. Need to assess things come January and try to get back on track of things. Still a lot going on in my life right now with Physio appointments, and such. My husband is doing much better, and the help we get is great, but I personally still don't get much of a break.
January will be busy with a lot of appointments as well, but I am hoping I can get a grip on things better and look after myself a bit more.

Hope your all well and have a Merry Christmas and I am hoping we all have a Better 2021 , stay safe everyone.

All extra lbs i lost below LIW but that helped with holidays in Nov and Dec. at the moment i am back to LI W. So trying to reign it in.

I know your schedule is more hectic but am glad u r staying in touch Jayk,

Really happy to see there is a group for P4 here and that you're sharing how things are going for you. I'm fully in P4 now after my first round starting in September and am getting to a place where it's tricky to find my sweet spot of stabilization while living and eating normally, whatever that turns out to be for me after the holidays! I'll be starting round 2 in about a week, but I am glad to know there's some support for P4 folks, so I'll be stopping by sometime in April when I've gotten through an extended P3 and see if you're still active.
