I tend to stay away from frozen foods altogether, but based on the ingredients list I think you're ok. Some health food stores have frozen with limited ingredients.
I'm not much help on the ticker either, sorry. I only know how to do the ticker factory thing...and barely hahaha.

Decent day today. Got hungry for lunch early, but that's not abnormal for me in P2. Didn't pack a dinner, which I usually do in case I stay at work late. So I guess I HAVE to go home at a decent hour tonight

    Ok, with ticker factory. .
    Click on the url
Www.tickerfactory.com that comes up on your post. Copy it, paste it in a new window.
Then put in your I'd #, click update.
It will bring you to another page that you will need to put your I'd # in again and then just scroll down to the weight, and date. Change the weight and date. Then click done/next.
If you go back to the forum, you will have to change the page you're reading, then go back and see if ticker changed.
    I hope that helps
UGH!!!! Not sure why I'm having such a hard time with this! Okay, so I copied the code and pasted it into a new window. What came up was just my ticker but that's all. What on earth am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what is wrong. I do remember when I first started using it, i had to play with it a lot to get it to work.

What a great thread, Leez. I played around with some of my rounds but did best staying POP. It is just so much easier knowing you are doing everything as correctly as possible. Plus I lost better doing it right. Wishing everyone currently on Hcg a great POP round! You won't be sorry!

Hi Everyone, So glad to see this thread! I want to stay POP, too, and I seem to get lost in some of the other threads. I am pretty new, but have gotten so much help from Grammy and Poobears and Ginger and I have read tons and tons of posts, so I feel a little educated, but still finding my way.

I'm on VLCD 3 and things are going well so far. I couldn't have started this or gotten this far without this forum's help, so I am so happy you guys are here! The experience and expert advice of the Moderators here is exceptional. Thanks!

I so wish the rogue way would work for people, but it just doesn't for the majority. If you're young with great muscle mass, it's more apt to work than if your metabolism is truly broken which is the group the protocol was actually designed for. I've tried a few rogue things on occasion. I did a short round and added MCT oil to test it as a favor to a paleo doctor friend. It was an epic fail. I lost very little then regained what I'd lost in the first 2 weeks.

Some can change up their veggies and be okay. I can't. The thing about POP is that it works for everyone. There isn't a person out there who won't lose weight on the original protocol. So it's the way to ensure your hypothalamus rests properly and you lose the most you can. I don't like wasting my hCG. LOL

Glad we have this thread to come to. I can't deviate from the original protocol. If I make any changes, my losses are affected. Sometimes, it's just a slower loss pace but other times it's a gain. It's difficult for me to read how others are able to go rogue, and I can't. I'm happy it works for them but often feel frustrated that it doesn't work for me. And I agree with Grammy- I want to make the most out of my losses and not waste my HCG.
