    Seem like that would mean its fine for you.

    Yes, you can easily make chicken soup: cut up your chicken breast in some water and add your vegetable...simmer until veggie is tender. I like it with thinly sliced cabbage (kind of like noodles ) and then add some chopped fresh parsely or cilantro. I've also made it with caramelized onion. With celery and your allowed T. of whole milk, you can make a kind of "cream of celery" version.

    Hello everyone,
    I did not lose today which may very well not be related to anything I ate or did yesterday. I was cooking for my family and have touched oil thru the torn glove which but I washed quickly. The other thing is I ate code filet cooked using old bay spice. both are new. I was eating Hake loins up to now. Just so I know for the future, Does anyone has a problem using old bay seasoning or code?

    You can have a problem with anything, really. However, it's also just as likely that you just had a day without a loss which is not related to anything you did or didn't do. Very few people lose something every single day of the protocol. (Except men. :/ )

    That being said, Old Bay contains red peppers and paprika, and peppers are specifically mentioned in the protocol as something to avoid.

    Hi bgr, Your losses seem really good to me! You are at more than a pound a day average. I had a few days that I stayed the same, too. Remember, when that happens, you are still losing inches, so don't fret. I do just about the same as you: I don't eat the melba/breadstick and many times I just do one fruit. I was doing apple, but now I do grapefruit. I only do beef and chicken. Have not done any fish yet. I do seem to eat a lot of veggies, don't weigh or measure them. I have been doing more walking lately, but I don't do any actual exercise other than that. I don't think I do quite 100 oz water, but that is great that you do. Sounds like you are doing well. :-)

    Good Sunday morning,
    Yesterday it was a whopping 61* here. Sunny and balmy. lol. I was finally comfortable wearing my chords and long sleeve sweater shirt. lol.. I'm still feeling cold- which is encouraging to me. Maybe I'm still losing weight or inches. The scale didn't move again today. I am getting a tad nervous that I won't have a 2 lb allowance for P3. But not everyone is lucky enough to receive that. I still have 2 more weigh ins until P3 starts- hopefully I can have a couple of more drops to give me a cushion. Oh, and Tom arrived!! So I'm not that confident that I will get a few more drops.

    Good Morning Everyone!

    I am back home and down! I am averaging .55 loss a day right now.

    Kap: You may still have a loss, or maybe it is not showing up due to water weight with TOM?

    Leeze: Thanks for the recipes, I have been afraid to look at P2 recipes as a lot are not POP and I am afraid to have the stalls I had in previous rounds.

    QUESTION: I am drinking all my water, but I feel a bit ooky all of a sudden. Like if I stand up suddenly I get dizzy, and while I feel that HCG euphoria, but I feel very low energy and I sometimes need a nap. I am taking a multivitamin pill, B-12 is in the HCG pellets I take, but I am wondering what is causing this? Maybe electrolyte loss? What should I do?

    It's likely an electrolyte issue. You might be drinking too much. Try some sea salt in water also in case your blood pressure is low. And you might try potassium and magnesium.

    Leez,
    you are right. The reason i did not lose yesterday may be related to the food intake. I lost .6 today even though I ate grape tomatoes(YUM) and chicken for lunch, apple as afternoon snack, code(cooked with old bay) for dinner, and strawberries with stevia.

    You mentioned problem with paprika. I ate fish cooked with Paprika almost daily and was not affected by it.
    does this mean I am okay with both tomatoes and old bay?

    I am really pleased with where I am and not nervous at all. I just want to learn from what worked for others. I was thinking I am averaging .5 because I did not include the load weight. I am not sure if I am right but I do my average = pounds lost from pre-load weight divided by the number of VLCD days.

    Hello everyone,
    Happy I am down .6 today. I am feeling it in my clothes too. Hope you have some loses too.

    Is it okay to have manicure and pedicure as long as I do not get any massage and use Vaseline or baby oil?

    I want to touch up my roots before upcoming wedding. Did anyone has problem with hair color?
