Thread: The POP [Perfectly On Protocol] Buddy Group

Hi everyone! Soooo glad we have this POP thread and Grammy's here too! Recipe for our success! So I'm new at all this. On day 13 and down 12.8 lbs. very happy!! Anyway, my goal....my dream for this round was to lose 25 lbs and I'm feeling encouraged that it may just happen! I'm doing HCG in a topical cream thru a doctors office. I paid pretty good money for it but if I lose that much, it's worth it. If I finish this round down 25 lbs, I'd still love to lose another 20 which would mean another round. My question is this.....Is there somewhere to get the HCG cheaper? Does it require an rx? Now that I know the plan and I have this resource, I really wish I could just get the hcg and do the next round without paying a bunch.

yes and yes. if (big if as FDA looks down on that) you can manage to get a scrip, you can buy HCG in a pharmacy. even cheaper, there are online foreign pharmacies, but that is considered illegal now in USA (i don't know where you are) and you do it at your own risk.

ThereisPower, check out the link at the top of the page that reads Buy hCG. I'm about to start a round myself and I'm using New Edge. I haven't done a round with hCG made in the U.S. since my first round in 2009 so I'm excited. I'm doing a vanity round before we go to Hawaii the end of March.

I have a question about the amount of veggies. In the Pounds & Inches manuscript, it doesn't specify how much celery, greens, etc. you should eat. I've been eating a very large bowl of greens for dinner and I want to make sure I am not going over any limit in amount. I also eat a lot of celery since I love it.

no! no need to update in the signature, only on the ticket factory website. by tinkering with your signature, you broke the link. this is what worked for me: i copied the direct link to the image from the ticket factory website and pasted as image in the signature.

good question, i noticed the issue myself. my guess is you calculate calories for those vegies and that limits your portion. alternatively, unlike americans, itialians know exactly what veggie portions were.

You can eat as much as you want of the veggies as long as you don't go over your 500 calorie allowance. So calculate your meat and fruit first then see how many calories you have left and have at the veggies.
