    The POP [Perfectly On Protocol] Buddy Group

    Hi ladies!

    Lovelylady brings up a good question- POP if no Melba and one fruit? I guess technically not but sometimes i donít do the grissini and i only have one fruit but i still consider POP because Iím not eating off protocol veggies, fruit, protein, mixing veggies and no alcohol, starch, other cheat stuff. I figured this could be another thread that we can bounce ideas off each other and share our stories since we are pretty much POP.

    Today i didnít eat till like 4:30, so now Iím hoping that i can get my 500 cals in before 7 because i donít like to eat too late. Lately Iíve been doing just half apple in a chicken, celery salad with djon, cilantro, lemon, spices. Then Iíll have half a grapefruit before or after dinner. I donít do beef and i really donít miss it. Chicken and fish has served me well.

    I made a gallon of brewed Tazo Zen tea and just had a glass and itís lovely! No stevia but i did use my cocktail shaker to get a nice frothy consistency. Itís funny but drinking this and being satiated makes me not miss alcohol. Love it.

    Looking forward to doing most of this 40 Day Round POP - Trying to make sure my Head is in the Game for a successful Round.

    I am not quite ready for my second round but following every few days. I am at my LIW two lb margin or occasionally .2 over so trying to remain steady till i am ready for round two. Planned on Memorial weekend after i return home. Otherwise after July 4. Will ck my head by end of month, when i do another round i def will be on POP

    roselanoue Looking forward to you starting your next Round whenever you decide to.

    I on D7 and 9lbs from LIW. Hopefully, this 40 Day Round will continue the way it has started. Clean Loading thanks to @Leez with Healthy Fats etc...was a huge help and incentive.

    I was proud I was able to load with no Starches or Sugars.

    I will take that advice when I load about starches and sugars and keep loading emphasizing healthy fats if possible.
