    My sister has been a bad influence on me... well we have been bad influences on each other. LOL.
    We both are on Round 2 - Phase 3 day 17. Yesterday we broke down and had pizza! eeek! This morning 5lb gain! double eek! but its ok....

    Round 3 is coming up soon and we will push each other to be good.

    On the interesting side, I feel like I have been craving the hCG and the phase 2 diet! So hopefully that is a good sign and that Round 3- Phase 2 would be easier that last round.

    mgossie...ah the influential bad sister! we all have those people in our lives! it is so hard with all the outside pressures. i did loose the weight i gained but a binge on cherries upped me again to 2 lbs over LDW. never been so unstable in P3 before. the fruit just tastes so good...only eating apples today, no grapes or cherries! and of course meat and veggies. hopefully i'll get back down tomorrow. going are you feeling less hungry today after upping your dose? usually you need to lower but only you can know.

    shuga where are you?????

    So I'm here....!
    I am back from my conference...I didn't fly with my scale so....I gained 7 lbs. I had my steak & apple day yesterday and lost 4 of the 7 lbs. I ate clean today and should lose more tomorrow.
    I'm in P3,day 11. I'm starting over by just adding one food at a time.
    The conference was INTENSE and the food even more intense! Every kind of carb you can imagine by top chefs! I resisted the first few days,but gave in to the best pizza I ever had! Ugh! And it was Chicago pizza! Double ugh! I hope all of you are well.
    I'm not on FB though....

    Everyone is bingeing on pizza! I want some! You always do well with your correction days. I don't do steak days anymore I do better just eating pop. Glad your back! Missed you!

    Love the title of this thread because I'm trying to figure the site out and would love some support, can someone post directions for a newcomer ask a question/start a new thread on here please?

    Thanks! Glad to be back although I could get used to Hyatt beds,service,food....
    Chicago is known for their pizza so just had 2 slices of personal pan. I split it w my sister.but that was enough to get my taste buds going.the thick crust did me in.
    I love steak days! But I've learned I do better w beef all around.
    Down 1.4 today. Now at 207.4
    My R2P2 wgt was 204.6 so going to get back to that then stablize. Its a longer P3 this time around. I forget how long but I'm on Day 13.

    today is my 13th day on P3 too!!!! happy 13! i LOVE my steak and always seem to lose when i eat it. you're doing great at getting back down. its hard..i have to keep those cherries and grapes hidden in the fridge not on the counter where it is so easy to grab a handful. amazing how much sugar and starch affect us in p3. i accidentally had some corn that i mixed into a tostada salad (without the shell for me) and 1.5lbs next day. first time my P3 is all over. usually never strayed. maybe its a good thing. im really learning how different foods affect me.

    Starch is a no-no for me too. (TMI approaching...)I did lose today,but yesterday, I began my protocol of Sonic unsweetened tea & it cleans me out.Truth.
    Did you read my tilapia recipe on the other thread? My daughter & I are going to make it tomorrow. I want to do more cooking with her. Should be fun. Last time we made Spagetti w bolognese sauce. I ate some pasta but didn't overindulge. I just can't do pasta!but she loves it so went on my roku & watched Mad Hungry episode together. This time, it is my turn to choose,so tilapia dish is a smart choice.
    Also, someone on here asked what kind of exercise we all do for P3? I dodnt remember who asked but I will continue to swim until November,then I will return to pilates.both are super for toning. I love P3 b/c it gives us a chance to reel in the inches!

    Anyway....I tried peaches yesterday...big no-no! I gained 1.4. Now at 208.8. I also went swimming for 30 min.
    So they are off the list for now.

    peaches should be okay they are in the low to medium sugar range. did you swim more? still haven't added exercise...bad girl i know. but we have MIL coming and staying in my workout room so ill start when she leaves. (always a good excuse!) i still 2lbs over LDW. not really stressing over it though. i dont think i'm eating enough to tell the truth. will try to get more veggies in. that always helps.
