Soon my remaining vial of HCG started calling to me and I've decided to do another round, or two, or probably three. I plan on doing the Leptin reset between rounds though, because I think that will help reset my body a bit.

    I'm actually looking forward to Protocol foods, strange, I know! I do well with a regimen I think. Not looking forward to giving up my eye cream though

    BTW - I'm doing injections, what form are you guys taking?

    I am doing the injections too. I tried hHCG and it just didn't work for me I have a friend that is starting her 3rd round with them though.

    Ok real quick post...will add more details tomorrow!!!

    I am R1P2 VLCD 41. Going to keep going till I hit 165 or maybe even 150!!! I'm daring and that's rogue but I have my reasons for bending the rules! I'd rather hit goal and get my VLCDs out of the way prior to starting fall semester...it'll be easier on my lifestyle. Gotta sleep now! 4am comes early!

    Good morning! The last few days have been tough. I have been hungry (truly hungry) for the last 3 days. I have syringes prefilled from a clinic and they dosed me at the highest dose (their words which is 250 iu) so I got some help on the forum from grammy and others skipped yesterday and will lower my dose today. Wow! I really hope to get to the I am not considering eating my arm off stage soon! Anyway I am down 1 lbs this morning which is great because I broke down and had an extra melba toast and about an ounce of extra meat just so I could function. My hubby has been so supportive (after he got over how much the clinic charge me that is!) and is helping me power through but when I start having blood sugar symptoms he doesn't play around Now it's time to get the monkeys ready for church! Have a great day everyone!

    Yes it is our first! We are so excited! We've been married 5 years, but we were waiting to get out of debt and for me to lose some weight. I used to be over 300 pounds. I would have liked to be under 200, but it's all good.

    How much weight did your sister lose? How long was her Phase 2?Which drops are you taking? I'm taking HCG1234. I'm doing well with these drops but I've never taken HCG, so all this is new to me.

    Hi Shuga! Thank you for the Welcome! To answer your questions: my sister was on the P2 for 6weeks (the 40 day version which I am on) and lost about 45lbs-- she is also a very active person with a higher metabolism than myself and so she more than "light" exercise while on P2. I can't recall her start/ending weight BUT she went from a size 16/18 to a size 10/12 and is still shrinking on P3/maintaining phase. I am taking the homeopathic HCG, it says "hCG 12x,30x,60x" on the label. So far they are working very well for me.

    Go to Walmart buy some insulin syringes and pull out 1/2 the HCG. Then you get your shots for 1/2 the $$$. Id Freeze them for the end of the round and continue going to the clinic until I was sure I had enough to last me.

    I have a question for the more experience hCG dieters (or even the newbies like me for any ideas) , I know some of you are back for a second round...
    anywhoo... at around day20 (3 weeks from now) of my 40day P2 protocol, I will be traveling very far by car (approx 800miles- about 18 hr drive one way) to a family wedding. I want to stay on track for the 40dayP2 but am at a loss for what to eat as "travel snacks" especially what to do for proteins.
    any suggestions?

    I posted on another forum but no one has responded so far.
