I totally hear you! My body keeps telling me that I am good at 202 (stalled out, AGAIN). I don't want to accept that. I have gone as low as 191 (well, low for me), and I know that I can get lower. This round has been so different from the other 2. I have lost almost30 lbs, which is good, but I was really hoping for another 20 lbs. would find a way to go away!

I am just going to keep on truckin' and try to get down another 10. With my girly time on the horizon, I am expecting to stay stalled for another few days, and hopefully not gain with a bunch of water retention.

I also have no intension of going back. 200 isn't great, but it's better than 225, and NO WAY am I getting back to 325!!!!

You have worked so hard, and your goal is in sight, which is totally awesome-o! You mentioned going Paleo, do you also have a workout program that you are thinking about doing in P3/P4? I am planning on doing kettle bell workouts and kickboxing workouts, and add to that some sprints (I hate running, too much jiggles, and just for TMI, all that bouncing makes me tinkle a bit), but with a few more pounds off, maybe I won't jiggle as much. LOL.

I have never been this close to a weight goal in my life. Of course today I am up, but just .2 and I know it's because both my meals were too salty and I didn't drink enough water.

Hang in there! You'll break through soon, I'm sure and then there will be no looking back!

I don't really have a specific plan for working out. In the past yoga has been my go-to for strengthening and keeping flexible. I actually liked running when I used to do it (10+ yrs ago), but I don't know if I want to go back to it or not.

After an apple day, I finally lost the 1.4 lbs. I had gained! Yea!!! Now it's time to get into "one"derland. One more pound will see me into semi virgin territory. With only a couple of weeks left (I decided to not get another bottle of hCG), I am focusing on a leptin reset and a workout program to begin at P3.

I hesitate to start any kind of workout before P3 because of the muscles storing water and causing a gain.

Even though we're not supposed to, I tend to lose in P3, which I am hoping will carry me down during P4 also.

    Carpe diem!!!

That's great, Rusty! You will be there in no time at all!

I hear you on the exercise thing. I seem to need to be a complete couch potato during a round. I hate it. If I even work too hard in the garden it can cause me to stall or even gain. In fact, now that I think about it, that leisurely walk around my neighborhood I took with a visiting friend yesterday might be the reason I am up .4 today.

Looking forward to this weekend. Farmer's market tomorrow. I think we'll go to the one at Country Club since the Natomas one says it isn't open until May. I want to get my cucumbers for pickling, and get those started this weekend. Sunday my husband and son are walking in the "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" walk downtown to benefit W.E.A.V.E, so that should be fun to watch.

Planning anything fun for the weekend?

Bummer to the gain. The Farmers market sounds fun!

No major plans, taking the boys to their skating lessons Saturday. My hubby has been slammed at work, so will only have Sunday off, which he will probably spend being a lump (he earned it!).

We love canning pickles! I have a great recipe for sweet relish (that I need to find!). It's not Paleo, but it's DELICIOUS!!! OK, now I want to get some cucs. LOL

Well, I finally had a loss. Whew! Down 1.4 today.

Went to the Farmers Market in Midtown this morning. Lots of great stuff there, but no pickling cucumbers. I spoke with one of the farmers and he says that you really have to wait until June for local cucumbers. Most of what's in the store is coming up from Mexico. So I guess I will wait a bit. Got onions and asparagus at good prices though.

    Yea for the loss!!

    Yummy for the farmer's market!

The only thing we have ready to go is a couple of tomato plants. We have them in pots, and are hardening them up to live outside 24/7.

My middle son moved up the second level in his skating class. My youngest son cried (from jealousy, not happiness).

Other than that, I am stalled again (shocking, not), but am looking forward to getting onto P3 and start a leptin reset (LRx).

I hope tomorrow sees another loss for you (and me too!).

Up a pound. Argh! I have been gaining and losing the same pound for 2 weeks now. Boy, this round has been incredibly frustrating. Add to that my girly time (AGAIN).

C'est la via. I still have some time. Looks like steak is out for the rest of my round. I am left with chicken (which I do love) and fish (I like so-so). I am also going to nix oranges. Last round it was apples that would mess me up.

Onward and up ward, hopefully just in attitude, and not in weight!

Ugh! How frustrating! I am down, but just barely .2 lbs which is the smallest increment my scale measures. Feeling your pain. I started my period this morning, a whole week early. I can't believe I'm only 3 weeks into this round. Feels like 3 months!

Today I am down a pound, and my girly time is coming to a close. I have taken to adding cayenne to my chicken for it's fat burning properties. I have been sticking POP, hoping that I will get below 200 in the next couple of days (I am due for a stall...).

I am off to make the Littles lunch, then we are off to the park.
