    morning all!!! sorry I did not check in yesterday.... did a zoo day with a friend for her companies kids and loved it.... I was thinking of all of you and how much you would love to see all the African animals...especially you lee.....

    somehow I hurt myself but cannot think how or where... have a very sore back on my left side ...ouch.... took a celebrex for muscle pain now, because as much as I would love to lie in bed and feel sorry for myself...I just have too much to do today....

    ok, my weekend was not all as good as I would have liked it to be and to boot I overslept yesterday and did not get to weigh in.... so I dreaded this morning...I had a big gain on Saturday morning and a zero today.... so not impressed with myself ..sitting at 69.3/152.46lbs....I swear my body wants to be stuck at the 69/70 zone!....hope for another reasonable week.... and break this invisible wall once and for all....

    ... nice to see the ticker... I do believe that the visual reminder helps to keep us on track.... I have not yet commented on your new thread but have lurked a bit... as soon as things slow down a bit I will go check it out... good luck....

    Red... one of the reasons I asked about the pain is because it sounded like Sciatica... similar to what I get from time to time...but yours are actually bone and not nerve related... ..Please listen to all of us when we say.... you should feel awesome about your losses to day... no matter how you got here, 100lbs is a whole person you lost.... the last will always be harder to get rid of.... I look at your photo and think to myself that you are so lucky...when I gain an ounce...it shows on my face.... your pick looks like you are at normal weight....wanna freak!!

    Lee.... I have had better weekends, but was not really bad as such... did have a biscuit or two while baking....BLUSH... ...bad bad girl!!

    Jen... waiting in anticipation for tomorrows weigh in.... fingers crossed... but I think you nailed it....

    I think the whole thing of taste and preferences comes with learning what is right and good for you...at home I eat very plain, although I love cooking, I only go over the top when I entertain....and I have learned since my cancer diagnosis to love veggies....

    well... today is my skip day.. and also Lipo day so hopefully that will get the ball rolling for this week three.....

    I havent slept yet, just laid there. Its 4 a.m. I"m drinking chamomile(sigh) I know if i dont sleep I wont register a loss.

    Yip... been at it since January....

    I got myself some melatonine and take it ever so often....

    I would love to get lower than 143, but I am struggling to even get to 65... my body wants to settle where I am at now and I refuse....

    Flo, I'm sorry you hurt yourself. I hope you still had a good day.

    Kansas, melatonin is a recent addition for me and its helping me sleep.

    Me? I'm so pleased. I feel like I won the lottery.

    VLCD1 - 150.6
    VLCD15 - 140.4

    So 14 days of eating on plan, down 10.2.

    This just feels incredible to me. How is this even possible? My body is amazing me in how it's responding to the real Hcg. I know it's real because I'm not hungry. Maybe I will use the grey nancy strip they sent in the delivery to test it.

    I'm in a training all day. I have asparagus stalks and chicken for lunch. I made two containers so I won't have to fuss tonight for tomorrow lunch.

    WW tonight. My leader will freak if I lose too much or too fast. Heavy jeans and shoes tonight. This will be my mandatory monthly weigh in to keep my free status. While I don't follow the plan, I love my leader and flow attendees. I think it's been the key to my keeping the weight off. Having to be accountable on the scale or pay up!

    What's the plan today girls? I'm going to just keep doing what I've been doing because apparently it's working for me.

    Well hell, 1.2 drop and so far from goal, not fair . I even poo'd.
    but no sleep so.. I have to work today but not as physically hard as yesterday so..

    Kansas! You're so funny! Hey a loss is a loss, no matter what. I got 6 freaking ounces on my first day. Scared the crap out of me that this wouldn't work. I was wrong and you are too!

    Busy brewing a pot of tomato basil soup..... It has been very grey and wet since yesterday afternoon....and I think the rest of the week might look the same...so a pot of soup will do the trick ....so there goes..... I truly pray that I can finally break that 68/69 barrier.....focus focus focus..... Still very sore, so will have some pain killers and an early night.....

    Flo - so sorry you are in pain. Hoping for a big drop for you in the morning and that you get past that wall into the 140's!

    Kansas - 1.2 is better than no loss at all! Get some sleep if you can and you know it will come off. You're on the right track!

    Lee - girl you know I'm so happy for you! Way to go!

    Eagerly anticipating tomorrow's weigh in. Hoping I didn't have the week 2 stall, but we'll see! Onward ladies!

    Finally got a poo today after weigh in so wondering how it will impact my weight. Having a tough time getting water in for some reason and havent poo'd in ever so long- hoping my LIW was really something less than 182, just because 4 lbs in week 1 of hcg is sooo slight... and 2 lbs of that was loading weight, meaning I lost 2 lbs ...I guess the apples, onion and sugar free candies really did me in. Guess even tho I can eat a little apple or onion when in P3 and not gain, I just cannot do it in P2. That leaves me spinach, lettuce, maybe celery, and protein in P2 that dont make me gain. ARGGH.
