    YAY! sounds like everyone is doing better, besides swabbys foot.

    I'm happy my HCG energy is back today headaches are gone and I'm feeling good.... Whoop Whoop... Now if the kids would stop fighting. School starts back up on Monday then I'll just have the two year old home and we can play barbies quietly lol...

    Holy cow you guys. I put some Sweet Leaf vanilla liquid stevia in my coffee this morning, and I am now bloated like a puffer fish and have horrible gas pains! Someone come poke my belly with an ice pick, please.

    Hello again everyone,

    Happy to see everyone is getting going well,

    I'm down 11.1 the first 2 days, and haven't been at this weight in 15 years, and should hit the 250's tomorrow. I came out of p3 and p4 -.3 ldw, although it was mostly due to christmas, i had been 3-4 lbs under the whole time, i learned that ham and cabbage are my killers but had pizza a ton in p4 with no issues.

    Meanwhile my wife Meladelle is down 7 lbs in first 2 days.

    coconut cloud cream

    Concerning lotion, I have a recipe for "coconut cloud cream" (made with coconut oil) that someone made for me, and I liked it. So I'm going to try making some today. I already bought all the ingredients, but have been putting it off 'cause I really don't know how to do it. (Sucks in deep breath, figuratively girds loins.) Here we go.

    edited to add: I just rode my bike 4 miles with the last 1/2 mile up what is known as "cemetery hill." Now, there IS a cemetery on that hill, but I prefer to call it that for my own reasons. Even in looooooow gear I feel like that is the hill I will die on. Otherwise, it was a gorgeous ride through the country.

    I saw that coconut oil was on the safe list, but I don't understand how this could be since it's 100% fat! Anyone have some enlightenment for me?

    Wow!! Everyone is doing SO good!!!! It is so exciting!!!!!!! I can't wait for my first "real" weigh-in!! Today is going pretty good so far. I have been drinking a TON of water.. which is what I thought would be the hardest... My head is KILLING me.. and I am considering chopping it off.. but then how would I get my apple into my belly.. sigh. For snack this morning I had the biggest, red-ist, juicy-ist apple EVER. And for lunch I made chicken breast (which was especially good... maybe because it was organic? or maybe because I didn't eat any real food for the last two days.. not sure)... I cubed it up, tossed it into a pan with some liquid aminos (just about a teaspoon) and then added shredded cabbage once the chicken was mostly done. I sprinkled one teaspoon of ACV over the cabbage and then ate. YUM. Oh yeah.. and I ate a grissini (wow was it good). I am going to concentrate on quality over quantity.. buy really good fresh ingredients and eat small portions. I still have 198.5 calories that I can use for the day. I'm thinking a steak and spinach dinner...


    R1: 307.2, LIW 270.8, released 36.4 pounds, gained 9.6 before round 2.
    R2: 283.8, LIW 251.6, released 32.2, gained 20.2 before round 3.
    R3: 273.8, LIW 241, released 32.8 pounds, gained 4 pounds loading for round 4.
    R4: 245, LIW 216.2, released 28.8 pounds, gained 11.8 pounds between and loading for 5.

    I don't know how or why, but it is not only safe, it gets my fat burning motor running. I eat it on my crackers, I cook with it, I make cocoa crack with it, and I slather it on my skin. I will not do a protocol without it. This is just based on my personal experience. Your results may vary. (Where is this "safe list" by the way?)

    So I didnt get any answers to my question so the best thing I guess to do would be going off my drops for 72 hours and seeing if i still get a positive pregnancy test?

    I think i may have to get out of the competition.


    The thing im confused by that if it IS a false positive...then wouldnt my test be lighter then the hcg drops because isnt that concentrated or am i a thilly gooth? (silly goose)

    Edit: Thanks Calythia...just read your response lol. So Im going off for 3 days since im just on drops.

    Back from groceries.....this diet is gonna make me try things I would never dream of before....don't tell my hubby but I bought some bison this moring
    All stocked again in the fridge department.
    I read something about honeycrisp apples....found them tried them...LOVE THEM...and they are all mine lol

    Oh I LOVE coconut oil! I have a whole VAT of it at home. Love the cocoa crack too. But I figured the high fat content would be bad on this protocol. Here's where I found the list: http://www.greenhcg.com/personal-car...g-hcg-diet.php
