    Thanks Roxies and Isabella, this is my first round and really need the encouragement. Is the excercise that big of a deal? I must at meant I'm not consistent.

I also had 4 small pieces of coconut crack stacks (coconut oil, s/f cocoa, s/f shredded coconut, xylitol). And probably 1.5 T total of Coconut Manna throughout the day. Oh - and only drank about 70 oz. water today.

    Up .8 lb. Sunday morning, still under .4 from LDW but decided to do a protein day to defeat the correction day goblin (didn't work ). Breakfast - grilled chicken breast (med sized), lunch - IN-N-Out - 2 hamburger patties protein style, no cheese or sauce w/tomato and grilled onions in lettuce wrap, dinner (by 7:00 pm) was 1 fairly large steak 1/2 lb maybe, covered in sauteed onions and mushrooms. And 2 T. Coconut Manna throughout the day (have eaten this since day 2 P3 - last Wed). Not sure how much water - 70 oz. water maybe? This put me up ANOTHER .8 lbs. so now I'm over the 2 lb. mark!

    Help please if you see anything I should be doing differently - today is only P3 day 7 Drinking water and green tea like a mad-woman today, and only now am I becoming a little hungry (it's just after 4:00 pm here).

    Your problem is chromosomal sadly, if you had been born an outy, rather than an inny, you would be losing more.

    Personally I kept exercise minimal (walking for 45 minutes a day + normal activity) consistently through the entire process, so my body would be used to it, but not over extended ever. I pushed water (4 litres a day) and always ate my 500 calories every day, no matter how little I wanted to eat them.

    This is coming from a testosterone glob though, so my advice might be useless.

    Wend your way around and look at the other estrogen tickers out there and see how well you're doing in comparison You're doing well ~

    - Slowly add foods.
    - Have a scale that works.
    - Do the same exercise each day.
    - Have the same fluid intake (lots) every day.
    - Keep a really solid journal of what's doing what to your weight.

    Eggs, butter, dairy, coconut oil, xylitol, sour cream...all of these things people are reporting issues with (especially the dairy). If it was me I'd eliminate all of them, go more paleo (meat, produce) and eliminate all sugars/starches, not just going low sugar/starch.

    Once you're more stable weight-wise, start slowly adding them back in again and see what happens.

    Up your water a bit as well, cause if I have to pee that many times a day, you should too!~

    I think you should be thrilled with 16 pounds in 18 days ! The average really for women is .5 pounds and you're wayyyy ahead of that ! I'm on day 17 and I've lost 13... celebrating that, but for me the scale hasn't budged in about 4 days ! Exercise is kinda discouraged on this round too, except for walking. keep up the good work.. you're doing FANTASTIC !

    Im in. I think I should be off of the first P2 on Dec. 7th. That'll put me starting the next P2 around Jan 7th. Look forward to all the talk about weight, drugs, TOM , pooping (or not) and peeing (and how often) ;-D

    Hi everyone! came home and husband had dinner ready....guess what he made.....Chicken breast stuffed with asparagus!! very nice of him but I said P3 hello we need new food I am sick of chicken and asparagus our world has opened up and we have the same meal we have had for 40 days!! ugh!! Very sweet though (should I be kicked)

    as for my update I am not sure how do do that part? Female, R1P3, sub Q RX shots 43 day round GOAL 125 What else am I suppose to put in?

    Senior members, I need your sage advice. I get confused easily about yes' and no-no's in P3. It's partly because I have been reading so much about Paleo that it's all getting mixed up in that emptiness that is my head. Is it OK to eat mug cake and cocoa crack in P3?? In Paleo? My brain feels like scrambled eggs.

    I've got a feeling I'm gonna be challenged by P3.

    Hey Melissa, I will be done with P2 on Dec. 10. My doctor says I can skip P4 and start R2 on Jan.1 with no prob.

    OMG what is the fage stuff? I got a bowl with strawberries OMG i am not even sure what it remotely tastes llike??? Is this an acquired taste???

    You need to add Truvia or Stevia, otherwise it tastes like sour cream
