My first round would be 28.2 pounds lost from my starting weight of 305.4 (I lost more in R1, but this round's losses look better due to having to drop loading weight), which would be a 9.23% weight loss.

    Think it's this?

    "Reaching a Former Level
The third type of interruption in the regular loss of weight may last much longer - ten days to two weeks. Fortunately, it is rare and only occurs in very advanced cases, and then hardly ever during the first course of treatment. It is seen only in those patients who during some period of their lives have maintained a certain fixed degree of obesity for ten years or more and have then at some time rapidly increased beyond that weight. When then in the course of treatment the former level is reached, it may take two weeks of no loss, in spite of HCG and diet, before further reduction is normally resumed."

VLCD22, I broke 30lbs. I haven't been active in a week or so because of stalls I've been trying to figure out, but they have finally passed.

    Hi guys,

A quick unhappy update from me.
I have failed, men but havn't given upp. I lost weight in the beginning with now problem. TOM came, I stopped taking hcg for 3 days.
I cheated! I cheated so badly. The day efter I gain 0,5 lbs, efter that I have been like crazy food addict. I am thinking about food all the time och feel hungry. I just want to eat fat and carbohydrate. I cheated yesterday too. I ate feta cheese!

I don't know what is going on! I have been taking the injections for two days now again. I did a new hcg mixing before TOM came. I don't know if it is psychological/ mental thing or my hcg has lost potency.

I am not giving up! I have the patches too at home. Thinking to start to use them with the injections too se if my hunger and carvings will disseaper.

I don't want to give up!!! Send me some positive energy!
The worst thing is I live with 40 girls at campus, in my floor it is 17 girls. We have common kitchen, I see what they eat, it makes me crazy. Now I have had gains and no losts this week.

    What should I do?
    Apple day?

    and the hunger and carvings!!!

    Please advices!!!!

I'd like to appologize for the man hate I had this morning... it's not your fault you are the way you are and women are the way we are. I had bad thoughs of spiking your food with sugar or smooth move. It won't happen again until oh say next time. LOL!!! Grats on your awesome losses!

After being sick for 2 days and not eating anything except 10 soda crackers and diet soda... yay for that, NOT! I gained 3 lbs! OMG! I hope I can recover this metabolism set after the lame flu messed me all up. Not sure how to approach this because I'm still not hungry. I will try with breakfast but we'll see how that goes. Any tips on how to get back into p3 after being sick would be great.

I'll be here all day drinking my WATER yes I know more water! I'm beyond dehydrated that's for sure!

Peed on a stick today. Yup, still in moderate ketosis. I eat my grissini/wasa everyday and my apple. I would have thought that might be sufficient carbohydrates to hurt my ability to be in ketosis, but nope.

More hCG in your system (injection dose + patch dose) would not be a good ideas, since counter intuitively more hCG does not help when a lower dose will work.

According to your ticker you have lost 20.0 pounds so far. That's amazing. You're more than halfway to your goal.

Ask yourself this, what realistic supports (not, "rid myself of my TOM forever") would you have needed to not cheat? Please do not answer with something about you needing more willpower lol. If willpower was the answer then we'd all be stick thin.
