    I got the insomnia! I hate it when this happens. It's no bueno for the losses. Not that I need to lose in P3 but still. I need my beauty sleep! hehe

    hello all!!! Hope you all have "good news" this morning I was out of the house most of the day yesterday between a GS Cookie Booth and a Cub Scout event.. I knew that I'd be out at dinnertime with the Cub Scouts and packed the kids and I dinner. I cooked an extra steak at dinner last night and sliced it and ate that along with an apple and some celery and packed the kids sandwiches and stuff. Worked out well. People were like, what is that you're eating? ha ha ha...

    I wanted to share a joy.. I am SO close to hitting my 10% which is my first mini goal... I think for round 2 I'll have smaller mini's.. ha ha ha. So here I am on day 25 and I am 28.4 down and have 2.4 pounds to drop and I'll be at 10%. Now I'm at 9.24%. It feels great!

    R1: 307.2, LIW 270.8, released 36.4 pounds, gained 9.6 before round 2.
    R2: 283.8, LIW 251.6, released 32.2, gained 20.2 before round 3.
    R3: 273.8, LIW 241, released 32.8 pounds, gained 4 pounds loading for round 4.
    R4: 245, LIW 216.2, released 28.8 pounds, gained 11.8 pounds between and loading for 5.
    R5: 227, LIW 197.6, released 29.4 pounds.

    It should be your VLCD21 weight that you are submitting to Muffin Top, as that should be the LIW/LDW for anyone doing a 23 day round. (Correct me if I'm wrong, I've never done a short round.)

    I'm back on the .5 train this morning, and am so relieved that Tom is on the runway. His plane hasn't taken off yet, but any day now I'll be glad to wave him goodbye. This week has been so slow for me, that I'll be glad to see it over.
    I'm ready to move on to bigger and better losses. Doesn't my body know I have a bikini I want to wear this summer!?

    Up 0.4 yesterday down 0.4 today..Same weight as Friday.. Ate really late friday night so I am sure that was the reason for the gain but damn I only have 11 days left this round and I really hoped/planned on losing 8 more pounds this round..I think I need a miracle..Will do a detox bath tonite and see if that helps I know we are all pretty much in the same situation now and I am truly happy with what I lost so far but if I could end at 165 that would be sweet. How is everyone doing this fine Sunday?

    I'm still playing. Monday is my VLCD 21 so I will be sending my final weigh in to Muffin in the morning. I am no where near the top but I think it will still serve as some mojo to keep me going to the end of my 40 day journey.

    We do have plenty of people on the BLC who, seemingly, aren't participating..... do we need a new, updated chart, Swab? Just say the word and I'll do what I can.

    For those of you in a stall....here is encouragement!!
    Last week, I lost .4 pounds. Not FOUR~ POINT 4. Ugh.

    BUT in the last couple of days, dropped a couple of pounds. And I wore jeans yesterday that even at my smallest in the last year, I had to lie down on the bed and suck it all in to get them zipped. (Don't laugh~ you've done it, too) Yesterday, I slipped them on, zipped them up and could actually breathe comfortably all day. Halllujah!
    The moral of this story? Stick with it~ stop having a pity party about the protocol not working. It does work! But, just like God's timing, it may not be YOUR timing.
    Be encouraged...positive attitudes!

    Good Morning All.. Down another .6 this morning. I'll take that. That means between yesterday and today that's a 1.2 loss which is good. It's better than a goose egg. Although I am interested in what the difference actually is between those days and these. I'm guessing that it may come down to exactly what the meal is as opposed to just whether it's chicken or beef. Oh well, I'm not going to over think it. I lost again and that's what counts.

    I've noticed that when I'm in a stall or very slow losses that is when my measurements change the most. It's like my body is moving and readjusting before letting go of some more.

    Agreed... that's what I absolutely noticed! Inches or pounds~ who cares! Just as long as at least one of them are leaving.
