I'm just afraid I'll be that person that follows p3 to the best of her ability and still yet all the weight she lost in a short 5 weeks will come back in a short 3 weeks :P Does that person even exist?? If not there's a first time for everything, right?

Here's my predicament right now...I didn't realize it's after 2:00pm local time and I haven't been hungry for lunch/snack yet...This is something I have always experienced...soooo I guess I'll have to time myself daily and not 'forget' to eat :/

    *Cheers* this sounds fantastic

and about the 'opposite' of P2 problems....I wasn't going to mention it but since it was brought up ;P The two days of my non-drop vlcd, I thought my body was cleansing me of something, with a whole lot of "Where in the hell is this even coming from???"...and then after eating breakfast today, Same thing....a quick evacuation!! LOL <ewww, sorry, but we're in good company, right??>
Oh thank goodness, I'm normal!!!! I was worried, seriously! Nobody else on P3 has mentioned this um, situation.

I just had a salad- Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers with 2 tbsp blue cheese dressing (140 calories, 1 carb- ick!)
And a Nectar Chocolate protein shake with a little super green powder mixed in- 100 calories, 0 carbs, 23g protein
total= 250 calories and 200 for breakfast = 450 calories for the day

I'm still NOT hungry either and had to be reminded to make lunch. I did not enjoy the dressing- yuck! I'm going to make my own mayo tomorrow I think and will add blue cheese to it and I bet it will taste way better and be much better for me. I was just being lazy because I'm busy. I was freaking out putting that crap on the salad. I can't remember the last time I ate full fat dressing. With a whole fridge full of low fat stuff, I felt so uncomfortable and guilty having this fatty stuff. But, I want to body to accept a new higher calorie base so I took one for the team!!

Now to make it through dinner!!

    I really did not enjoy

Ok, stay calm! 40 days on this diet IS hell!!! We all get it. We've all thought about cheating to be sure and I'm so glad my TU decided to also diet at the same time because otherwise with stuff like that around the house I would never have made it without cheating!
Now, put it behind you and DON'T DO IT AGAIN!! One cheat is not an invitation to be off the rest of the day (something I've done countless times!). Go buy some almond flour and some bulk stevia, pin lots of almond flour recipes to your board and a few days after starting P3, make yourself some P3 friendly cookies so that when your roomie leaves that junk around you have something else to grab that you enjoy.

Sound like a plan? You have done amazing and I bet you look fantastic. One more short round and you are done! 1 cookie will not matter over all!

YES! Actually, but the end of day 2 of P3 I cried in my husband's arms just sure I'd just gained back all my 20 lbs. Mind you....my pants were falling off me! He just laughed. I just felt so full and bloated. Thankfully, my weight has been beautifully stable since beginning (Wednesday). I recommend just what everybody on here has been saying. Stay with P2 foods and introduce only 1 new food at a time to see how your body responds. It is nerve wracking though....as you won't know till you get on the scale the next morning!

    You'll do great! Plow on!

Not only can you blame her, you get to hit her over the head with the remainder of it just for bringing it in the house! LOL

Shake it off and move on - nothing much you can do otherwise.

    Wraps (P3):
When I tell clients to eat “gluten free” they often grab all the “gluten-free” pre-packaged foods on the shelf…but that most likely will cause weight gain and slow the healing process in your gut. Rice flour, the common flour substitute in gluten-free products, is higher in calories, higher in carbohydrates, and lower in nutrients than regular flour. It can cause more inflammation in our body. So my recommendation is to use make your own healthier options by using almond flour and coconut flour, which are very easy to digest. The healthy fats in nuts actually are nourishing to our brain.

You can find charts for healthy gluten free and low carb substitutions in all of my books. Click HERE to find them.

If you are having a hard time finding ingredients in your grocery store, just click on the items in the ingredients and you fill see where I find them at the best price.

    WRAPS:
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    2 TBSP psyllium husk powder
    1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/4 cup butter OR coconut oil, softened
1 cup boiling veggie broth OR water (broth adds flavor)
    OPTIONAL FLAVOR ADDITIONS:
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano (click HERE for the health benefits!)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the coconut flour, psyllium husks, salt and any spices you desire. Add the butter or coconut oil. Stir continuously as you add the hot broth or water, it will melt the butter or oil. Combine until very smooth.

Place the dough onto a piece of greased parchment paper (I used THIS coconut oil spray). Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out in a circle shape with even thickness throughout. Place the bottom parchment with the unbaked wraps onto a cookie sheet (I make sure it isn't stuck to the parchment otherwise it is hard to release after baking). Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until done throughout (this will depend on how thick you rolled the dough). Use for sandwiches! Yum! Makes 6 wraps.

    NUTRITIONAL COMPARISON (per wrap)
    Traditional Wrap = 180 calories, 5g fat, 2g protein, 30 carbs, 3g fiber
    "Healthified" Wrap = 123 calories, 8.7g fat, 2g protein, 9.3 carbs, 6.7g fiber!

This is what I made for the family tonight. Squash 'boats' with cheese and tomatoes. We aren't big squash eaters but I like to find new ways to cook it in hopes of getting us to like it. It looked beautiful....but we all thought it tasted pretty nasty!

    255931191293871958_e5YuEiVZ_b.jpg

HOWEVER, I modified a Weight Watchers recipe for Mexican Meatloaf. P3 friendly and very good!
    1-2 lbs Ground beef (I used 93/7)
1 egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder
    1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup salsa (can make your own)
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I served it with fresh steamed brocolli and fresh fruit cups with whipping cream. So delish!

I'm very proud of my family and their support. Not only for me and my endeaver, but for their actual DESIRE to eat healthier! It makes cooking one meal for all of us so much more fun! (except my little vegetarian....but even then we usually cook vegetarian meals or give her Morning Star meat as an option.)
