Did you use the recipe from a while back that was posted here? Show me the recipe you used. I plan to do this pizza thing ASAP when I hit P3.

well, there may have been a VERY subtle hint? but mostly it's masked with the other ingredients! To put into perspective, I had my daughter (10), my neighbor (adult woman), her kids (15 and 13) taste it and they all loved it LOL....so there's that! :P

Today is my first VLCD without HCG and I am not hungry but I am having some major cravings for carbs. I am hoping that it is just because TOM should be coming soon. So far I have been able to stay busy and push the cravings out of my mind. I just worry that when I get home it will be worse so I decided to go shopping for new smaller size clothes instead. That should motivate me to stay on course. I hope.

I ate it last night. Yum!! What have you added so far? I've added Bacon, Cheese, Cauliflower, and coconut oil. I'm adding Avocado tonight for dinner (salad with grilled chicken, Avocado and homemade dressing).

I had the cauliflower pizza last night too, and my picky TU ate it as well. Here's my version from my website: http://carblessgourmet.com/index.php...id=19&Itemid=6

I made it last night with the regular part skim Mozzarella instead of the fat free version and I just blended some fire roasted salt free tomatoes from a can with a garlic clove and some dried basil and oregano for the sauce and used Turkey Pepperoni for the topping. Sigh. Pizza...finally!

    Amazing, thanks for this recipe!

Question to all my fellow P3ers, what kind of cream cheese are you using? I'm wanting to make a few bacon-wrapped cream cheese jalapenos this weekend.

I have heard that in P3 you can take the natural peanut butter and put it in the middle for your own version of peanut butter cups. Yum.
So, I've decided that I'm going to buy some liquid splenda. The splenda packets work better than the splenda granulated, but it still doesn't dissolve that well. The video I watched said chocolate flavored stevia (liquid), so I figured liquid Splenda would work just as well.

Yes on the peanut butter! The gal on the video put some macadamia nuts in one batch! And some cayenne pepper in another!

Hey everyone.....just dropping a quick hello and a quick update. P3 is going well...had a minor blip of 2.4 lb weight gain, but I was still under LDW. I have now dropped. 1.6 of that...I am .6 away from my Last recorded weight after no drops. Almost 1 week (Saturday) Full and really full from all the protein and fats. I eat two meals a day. No snacking and no cravings

I hope all is well with everyone!!!!! Cheers to all the losers (weight wise), stablilizer, P3'rs and P4'rs.

Here is the link - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/bre...rbcoffcake.htm

I omitted the blueberries and only made about 1/2 the topping - it was plenty sweet enough for my tastes. Also, because I am the only one in my family that will eat it, I cut it and froze it and it froze beautifully. Nice and easy to take out and have with mid-morning coffee when I didn't feel like a big breakfast.

I just use regular Philadelphia. It has about 1 carb per serving. Although, I have also used the cream cheese spread (the soft stuff) and that works really well in eggs and for stuffed mushrooms... I have mixed the cream cheese with bacon and green onions and used that as a filling in mushrooms - might have to try that with the jalapenos this time around. Thanks for the idea!
