    Welcome Mary! There are a few of us p2 peeps in here as well as a few that are starting in the next couple days so YAY for more p2 power!

    I had a very successful vlcd today... probably the first one in the last 21 days to be honest. I ate my version of protocol foods (I say this because I do use broccoli and a protein drink.) and I'm hoping for a happy weigh in tomorrow. All the talk about lettuce was making me crave lettuce. YAY Fatty! I love salsa on my salads too! I have had great success with it as well. I think I'll add that to my grocery list for next week. I'm not a spinach fan and the chicken is just meh to me this time. LOL could be after a year of chicken and beef for every other meal I am just bored with it.

    I did my calendar up for my next two rounds and if I can behave for the next 6 weeks, I can be done before summer... YAY! I had a nice long argument with my inner will and my good will was losing to the bad will and it wasn't pretty. I had so many excuses why this nibble or that nibble was ok and since my weight wasn't going up that I didn't care. I am not in p2 to stabilize, I am here to be a LOSER!! Hubby gave me a over due slap when he told me if I wasn't going to try I was wasting money taking drops to maintain. Sigh I hate it when he's right. After a successful day of the good will winning, that scale better be nice in the morning or so help me I'm going to go buy a new scale! LOL!!!

    Hope you all have skinny dreams and wake up with a kind scale.

    I miss the tub in my house! TU's doesn't have a good soak tub! On the up side, my TOM started today so it should be ending just a day or so after the trip starts, so yeah! No ruining NO this time! Also, my little dog is doing just fine, perfect in fact, and I still have an amazing boyfriend. SO not all is bad, just a weird, weird day. But it's good to remember all the great things I have too! And thank you all for the support!! It's so nice to vent sometimes!!

    Quick flyby this morning, STILL the same today. Darn TOM! I am thinking that I am going to drop my last fruit and see if that get things moving again. With just 1 lb from goal its killing me to see no losses. GRRRR!! Hope everyone has a better weigh in than I!!

    Hi All,
    I feel ick today. Woke up with a neck and head ache. Waiting for Advil to work it's magic right now. BUT I am down -1.8 lbs to 241.6, so at the moment I am 2.8 lbs above my last weigh in weight. Glad to see movement in the right direction!
    I do have a massage scheduled for tomorrow morning and it will be my first in at least 2 year, probably almost 3 years and I am really looking forward to it! My neck on the right side has been bothering me for a long time. And best of all, it's free! I was smart enough to find a massage therapist who wants to trade massages for an ad in the magazine. So I am getting 2 a month and one to give to someone else (employee, Mom, whoever). But I will be getting one every other week. Sweet!!! Take that back and neck!! DO you guy know if Jojoba oil is OK to use during P2? If not, then I can switch to mineral oil, but I plan to continue to receive my massages during P2 unless it causes discomfort or brusing. I was thinking I could go light during P2.
    Tiki, my dog is just fine this morning. I believe I got the chocolate out of her system with no problems. She's laying on top of me right now, happy and healthy.
    I hope everyone else is well today. I am on the move as only a couple days left until the trip and I am mucho far behind!!!

    Update...

    The results of D1 of life after phases (some would call it P4, but not I) are in!

    <drumroll>

    I gained 0.2.

    After eating chocolate and likely quintupling my carbohydrates I am stoked for so little of a change in my weight.

    <wipes nervous sweat from brow>

    p.s. It is only logical for me to eat chocolate this morning as well. It's only logical not to change anything *evil smik*

    243 lbs this morning. 3 more pounds until the 50 lb mark. I have so gotten used to hard boiled egg whites for breakfast. But the funny thing is, last night I made chocolate chip, blueberry, cashew pancakes with real New Hampshire maple syrup. So tell me how I deserved to lose 2 lbs. I think my metabolism is finally, truly changing. I am picturing myself playing beach volleyball soon........ Chest and biceps at the gym after work today....... Good luck and positive vibrations to all.

    I gained another 1.8 for a total of 2.8 load gain. I did the best I could lol. Today starts R2 P2 day 1. I'm excited to see what this round brings!
