    Hey so happy to see the group is still somewhat alive! I'm going into my 2nd week of P2 down 10 lbs. though I know it could be better if I didn't use 1/2 and 1/2 still for my coffee, I'm ok with the loss so far. I have gained back about 20 lbs. happened over the winter when my daughter moved back home, the to add to it I have been off of work due to tendinitis in my hand. Raising a litter of puppies as well. When they leave for their new homes I hope I can get myself into a better physical routine at the very least start riding again. Life with a house full of puppies tends to just stop till they are gone. Two more weeks and I should have my life back!

    Diane69- great to hear you're doing well! I am starting vlcd1 today after gaining my "newlywed 9"! I've gained more like 15 lbs since I got married 3 months ago! I had maintained my ldw and after I got married, got waaaaaaaay to cozy with the hubs! We have both gained a good bit of weight in such a short amount of time! .     Hello Diane and Ortho.......... WOW I am amazed people are still posting to this thread
    I sure miss Swabby....... I am back on hCg drops and pellets
    To loose 20# i gained back
    Having a tough time getting my dose right to hit my sweet spot as I feel like I have become sensitive to
    too much hCg..
    I tried Shots about a year ago and had a horrible time on them as they were to strong or to much quanity
    I cut them in half and did ok but did not loose like I did my 1st 2 rounds
    IS SOOOOO hard to reloose # i Have already lost

    I just wanted to check in and see if any of you are still here. I just finished a short round and did very well. I followed my own protocol (MOP), adding coconut oil to the food. My goal was to lose the 5 pounds, I had gained during the holidays, and I managed to lose 7. i just found out recently that I have an under active thyroid. We are doing more tests to see if its hashimoto's or something else.
    I hope you're all doing well. and enjoying the beginning of spring.

    So good to see u FFF!! I am still here and prob will be for many yrs lol I have stability issues in p4 guess I should stay permanently p3 since I do great there but I love those darn carbs even though they do not like me.

    I am very VERY amazed this thread is still going Yahoo for us
    I am back for another round before summer... I hope to shed 20#
    I am holding my breath that I have finally found my sweet spot
    I have done 5 or 6 rounds here in the last year that have been pure HELL
    this round
    I am using VOX pellets 3 in am 2 in afternoon SO Far feeling great
    Glad to see others hanging in there..

    Hi everyone! So glad to see the thread is still active. This awesome group was one of the main reasons I had such great success. Unfortunately I've gained all my weight back UGH! I need to do another round and get this blubber off. Where's everyone getting their hcg now?
