    Thx blw. Didn't do well on the hunger scale today :/. Ate till stuffed at lunch and then ate just to eat for dinner and had a mug cake desert....stuffed again! Ugh!!!

    Hi ladies, not weighing yesterday proved to be more difficult than I thought. Some addictive behaviors came out, but after journaling, I realized there are some areas in my life, that for years now, have been lacking balance. I have a clear idea of changes I need to make and feel good about it - even excited. Who knew that observing my behavior, instead of beating myself up over it could be so enlightening? I love the friendships & support I get here, but for now I need to cut back on my online time and focus on the changes I need to make in real life.

    I have also noticed my behavioral patterns through this leg of my journey. I have not let go of the scale yet and won't until I make it through all or most of p3. I've had a few mitigating factors and I need to make sure I don't have sensitivities. But, after I handle that, I will tackle the scale. I weigh 2xs or more per day. Thanks for sharing your experience.

    Hi everybody,
    Got internet access again... finally. Can so relate to not wanting to let go of the scale, especiallöy during p3. So scared of gaining it all back... but this is really abt learning things we didn't know abt our bodies & learning to trust & love it again...

    Well, ended up not eating anything the day before yesterday (after my ice cream escapade on thu) until 5.30 p.m. cause I wasn't hungry. Then had a salad with smoked turkey meat (dark) for dinner.

    Yesterday, I weighed 1.8# above LIW, so tried to follow the hunger scale, which wasn't easy sitting in the car all the time. Sort of difficult to really get in touch with ur body when u r bored to death & everybody around u is snacking on something...
    Anyway, thought it didnt go so bad, but was up another 0.6 this morning. And whatever Robin is saying, I am not willing to gain everything back, so tried to do a steak day today. Half a ribeye steak (left over from dinner yesterday), some roast beef & grilled veggies (Zucchini, peppers & Onions) was the best I was able to do on a Sun evening in the Amish county. So will hope for the best tomorrow morning.
    Glad u r all doing so well with the hunger scale. Ijust need more time & practice I guess... thank god we ll b driving back to NYK tomorrow. Need to get off the road/ out of the car.

    I'm 2.3 over and considering a correction day as well but also considering not doing one....conflicted at the moment.

    I would be conflicted too at just 2.3 over. I would probably not do it. But, robin's method is working well for me, so until it doesn't, I'll be following her advice.

    Still eating with hunger and holding strong. I had fage with blueberries yesterday and it didn't make me gain. I am on p3 day 11.

    Well ladies, my attempt to weigh only once a week didn't go so well. Maybe once P4 rolls around I'll give it another try, but for now I need the scale to help me stay on program - reward, incentive, whatever you want to call it, I need it. I don't know what tomorrow's weight will look like, but when I peeked this evening I was down .3 since Friday. At least I didn't gain. Hopefully it'll look better in the morning. I did learn some things about myself that I will continue to work on so all is not lost.

    What did u decide? My more or less steak day didn't do anything. Still 2.4# above LIW. Nothing I can do abt it. Had breakfast this a.m. with my first eggs. Guess 4-5. Unfortunately, I had part of it as a breakfast casserole which was supposed to contain only eggs, beef & veggies. Didn't think of potatoes as veggies. They were cut so small I didn't realize they were there till I had ate quite some of it. Let's c how it ll go tomorrow. Just glad to b out of that car & back to NYK.

    Just a note for those who don't know but Robin does not recommend steak days or egg days. Those are not part of the Weight Loss Apocalypse version of the Protocol. Trust your bodies and only eat when hungry and stop when comfortably full and you shouldn't gain back the weight.
    Sometimes I pretend to be NORMAL but it gets boring so I go back to being me!
