    Hey again.

Carolina- thanks for the tips. I have tried most of those and I have to say nothing has helped take the hunger away.
I haven't tried the gum. That might help and something I can do now in P2.

In my p3 I would end my lunch with coco crack or coffee with hwc, it didn't take hunger away, but gave me something to do with my mouth while my full button took its sweet time to recognize I had eaten. It is really crazy. It happens on both meals with carbs like rice, potatos and bread and it happens on meals that are salad and meat.
For a while I tried eating a soup or salad before a meal. That helped with slowing me down. I had this cucumber, grated carrot and peppers salad that took for ever for me to chew it all up. I think I stopped doing it because it was so time consuming, both to prepare and then eat. Perhaps it is worth going back to in p3.

I would like to get my full button working again. I also did leptin reset after my 3rd round hoping that may fix some things. I don't know if I didn't stay on long enough (40 days)or it just wouldn't have helped me with that.

Hello, Lucy and Bonnie, and other fellow hCGers,

I'm new to this forum and not sure how recently you have posted, but wanted to let you know that I've enjoyed this particular thread and found it to be most valuable! I have followed Simeons' protocol and lost 45 pounds a couple of years ago...but gained it all back. So I'm preparing to do it again--this time armed with my information; namely the "Weight Loss Apocalypse" book--thanks to you. I downloaded a copy to my kindle and have begun reading. Makes so much sense. Can you tell me where I can get the author's workbook? I want to do everything I can to make sure this is the last time I do this!

Also, I can't for the life of me figure out how to add an avatar or photo to my profile. Can you direct me to where I can find instructions on how to do that?

    Thanks so much!

    ~Dee

    Hi, everyone,

Just joined the group yesterday and was inspired to buy Robin Woodall's book. Have done the protocol once before and lost close to 50 pounds--that was a few years ago...and unfortunately, gained most of it back. So back in the saddle--starting by reading this book. Someone mentioned much earlier in this string--dating back to last fall, that she was using a workbook by the author of the book. Do any of you know where I might get a copy of that?

    Thanks so much,

    Dee

Here is where I went and bought it:

The workbook is awesome, not only for a condensed version of her book when you need motivation or can't remember something, but the worksheets you fill out to track when you eat and what your hunger level was at that time is sooooo helpful. The workbook also has a shopping list so you have a list of absolutely everything you can have on the protocol.

You really need to buy the book. Here is the Amazon link. It's available in Kindle version, so it's easy to read even on your phone.
