    I watch them frequently. So much useful information.

    I also got a reply to my inquiry re psyllium husks/castor oil and dove white soap from Robin on Facebook:

    "Hi Bonnie! I did get your email... First Psyllium husk: the consipation you'll experience on the VLCP isn't caused from lack of fiber, but from lack of stimulus. I would rather suggest you take a natural stimulant like Magnesium. You can also drink smooth move tea or yerba matte. Taking fiber during the VLCP will just make you feel bloated. However, if you continue to use it make sure you are consistent with the time you take it. The same goes for the soap of choice. I've found more important is that you are consistent with what you use. The oil needs to be one that doesn't cross through the skin. Aloe, mineral oil, baby oil, coconut oil..."

    How is everyone doing on their protocol at the moment? anyone having any issues etc?

    Today is my VLCP day 17 and I am doing ok. Tired but what new haha. I have been thinking and fantasizing about some naughty food but still am 110% on protocol and haven't cheated or deviated.

    I have been trying to determine how long this P2 will go. My RX nasal spray (which costs me about $75 - which includes cold shipping) apparently lasts a month (not sure though since this is my first month on it) which means if you want to go to 40 days you have to buy a 2nd month supply but then waste the 20 days. I don't want to be a waste (especially since I am between work and $75 is a lot of money for me) so I have been thinking that if I am going to get a second month supply that I might as well keep using it until the spray is finished (if the hCG is still working on me that is) - which means doing P2 for 60 days. It is a tad bit longer than P2 is supposed to be and I think I can keep on track for 60 days... but if i do decided I can't, I don't want to cheat, I would much rather go into P3 and stabilize and then do another round 6 weeks later.

    What do you guys think?

    What are your goals for the round you are on? and your ultimate goal?
    How to you reward yourself (without using food) for your accomplishments??

    Me personally I would go the 60 days! My first goal is 165, super secret goal is 135-140, plan on doing 4-6 weeks of p3 and then cycling back into p2 to lose the last 20-30 pounds.

    60 days is really too long. You shouldn't lose more than 34 pounds in a round and besides your skin and liver needs a break. When you follow the protocol for the breaks, your skin does a much better job of keeping up and you usually don't have to have a skin lift.

    And I hate to bring this up but PLEASE don't break copyright law by illegally emailing Robin's book to people. Just because a book is in digital form doesn't mean it can be just given away to people. Number one is it's wrong but it also affects Robin's income. I'm an author myself so this is a very sensitive subject. The more books go into digital form, the more important it becomes that we hold the line on piracy. Otherwise one of these days there will be no books out there that are any good at all because authors can't afford to give away their work.

    I'm sure you had no idea that this is wrong or illegal though. Just want to bring attention to this matter. It's important.

    Thanks Cat! I am still not sure what to do but will let my body make the decision. I still have a week or so before I need to order my new Nasal Spray, if I choose to do another month.

    My goals are as such: First goal is to be under the 100kg mark in the double digits (which would be about 217lbs). Then my next major goal is to be under 70kg - which, about 12 years ago was the lowest I have gotten to but not under since I was late teens. 69kg/150lbs is probably one of the biggest goals because I always seemed to reach 70kg and then go back up. Must be a set point - but I really want to get below it.

    My fantasy/dream goal is 50kg/110lbs - I am very short at 4ft9/10 so as per the healthy body range chart it says 45-53kgs / 99-118lbs.

    I honestly don't really care too much about what I weigh but to me it is more about feeling good, healthy and sexy and being able to fit into nice clothes.

    I, too, am thinking about cycling after this round. I have been researching it.

    How is everyone else doing??

    I accidentally skipped my HCG yesterday and I was STARVING this morning. So I guess that goes to prove all the morons who say "HCG is just a placebo" wrong, because I was sitting here completely bewildered as to why I was so hungry, since I never am in the morning.

    I have to admit I'm frustrated by how I lose weight. I'm one of those people who has "whooshes," where I won't lose anything at all one week, or maybe 1lb, and then the next week I've lost 5lbs or something. I just measured myself today and in 2 weeks I've only lost 1 inch in my waist. Nothing at all, I mean NOTHING, in my hips, thighs, or arms, which is where I want to lose since I'm hourglass shaped. I remember my first round, the scale said I'd lost 7lbs at the 2 week mark but the measuring tape said I hadn't lost a freaking thing, anywhere on my body, then a week or two later it was visible to everyone that I'd lost weight. I don't know if my water weight fluctuates a lot or my body is extremely stubborn and just doesn't want to let go, but it's REALLY annoying!

    I know how u feel. Was stalled for 11 d this round. And now that I stopped hcg the weight is coming off. It sucks. But since u know how it goes, just try to relax & not think abt it until everybody starts to notice.
