    Green tea

    I like to drink green tea i have loss some weight with green tea. i drink it 2 or 3 times in hole day.

    Yes, green tea is helpfull to loose weight but we also have to control on our diet to get better results.

    I drink 4 cups a day so I do not get the hungry feeling in Ph2 almost 2 weeks in and it has been a great friend to me! I buy the loose China Green Tea at an herb shop it is the best I have had! Down 22lbs in 13 days.

    I used to take L-theanine capsules often - it is the active calming ingredient in green tea. I started taking it after giving something similar to my cat and seeing it work well. I asked my doctor about it and she said it was a good thing to try - works for some people, doesn't work for others, but is pretty safe. It works for me! I now drink green tea instead, and sometimes supplement it with capsule of 200mg of l-theanine.

    There is no doubt that green tea has some very good qualities to it and very beneficial to the body. The problem is that green tea you get in America is loaded with fluoride. That damages the thyroid and a new study has linked fluoride to heart disease. There are many other bad things a person gets from consuming fluoride and is simply not something you want to do. There is a product that is a green tea extract that contains all the good qualities of the tea, but has virtually no fluoride and no caffeine. It uses a probiotic process to allow the bacteria to clean it up. 1 teaspoon of this in water is the equivalent of drinking 20 cups of typical green tea, but without the garbage.

    I'm not sure why you say milk depletes the good qualities of green tea and that could only mean milk that is pasteurized from cows eating grains, like corn. RAW MILK or RAW CREAM from GRASS FEEDING animals will add to the health of the tea, not make it bad. If the lemon you are adding to it is from real squeezed lemons and not that disgusting fake lemon juice from a bottle, then it will be good for you.
