Losn30 Thank you so much! I will go out today and get the Biotin, did you also take B12 and how much a day? Any other supplements that should be taken daily with this diet. I will look into the JRobb shakes, I ordered some SunWarrior Protein Powder online but worried the taste will not be great? Any experience with that protein? I really appreciate any and all advice

You are welcome and good luck. I most definitely take a Super B Complex pill. It's a must for vegetarians on this diet. A must! I take 2 a day, one with both meals. They also come in sublingual but I just take the super B Pills. I have done the Sun Warrior and well, they are tolerable but taste like a good-for-you protein shake. A little too gritty for me but tolerable if you mix with fruit. You may have a different opinion once you try it. The Jay Robb are incredible and almost decadent/too-good-to-be-good-for-you shake. I use the whey (I am not lactose intolerant) but they do make an egg too (sorry Tate, didn't see your Q till now).... Good luck and keep us posted please!

Thank you so much again! I'm excited and praying this works, for once for something to work!

I think I might have the same reaction to the SunWarrior, I will most likely be buying some of the JayRobb instead (so not into the gritty protein shake thing - we'll see how it goes)...

On hhcg pellets does it matter when in the month you start this? meaning any specific time not too, like around TOM or does it not matter with homeopathic? I'm sure I'll have many more ?'s - and thank you for your kindness and all your helpful information! xo

p.s. many CONGRATS to you on your success!

No worries with your pellets and TOM. My homeopathic Doctor said with homeopathic hcg, TOM is not a worry. You don't start it differently and you don't skip taking them when TOM comes for a short visit....

Thanks and looking forward to seeing your losses as well!

Thanks Losn30 - you've been soooo helpful! Okay so a few more questions sorry ... my husband is going to do this too and he has high blood pressure, should he be worried about this - like his pressure getting too low etc? anyone else on blood pressure meds have any off side effects? (just concerned about him and the blood pressure). Also, any other supplements besides a multi, super b complex, and biotin that are necessary? I'm going out today to stock up we're starting the hcg and loading days on friday... fingers are crossed this is the thing that works for me finally

I am not the right person to ask about blood pressure but I have a coworker who is on High Blood Pressure medication and she said that she just needed to make sure her doctor knew about the diet, and she gets checked every two-3 weeks because he needs to make sure to adjust her medication (lower her meds) so she stays on track. She is almost completely off the meds and never-ever thought she would see the day that happend. She said her doctor was surprised as well. She also stays away from the detox baths because she says she gets too dizzy during and after and she things alot had to do with the blood pressure....

I take a women's one a day vitamin as well, just to make sure I get in all the necessary vitamins. That's all. Just make sure to get in at least 48-50 grams of protein a day. I looked up the meat eaters and their 100grams of meat each meal comes to 25 grams of protien so we should stay on that target..

So, just stay motivated, love the program, have a zero cheating tolerance with you and your hubby and you can't help but to love the results of this plan. Amazing!

Okay, I have a blood pressure cuff here and will prob just monitor it for the first month every day for him. I hate to keep on bothering you but I was wondering if you can send me a sample of what and when (time of day) you eat every day? It would really help me I think - there just seems to be so much for info on here in the different forums and I am determined to do this right. I agree with the zero cheating tolerance, I know it won't work for me unless I am very strict about it. Thanks again, you have been a life saver.

Oh and one more thing ( I swear I'll take a break on the 20 questions) ... but what how did you eat on the first two loading days?
