    IM CONFUSED, Can We Drink Whey Protein or not??????

    I am on my first day of the diet and i only eat tofu or seafood. But to just keep things simple i would rather just fix a protein shake with fruit (or just the protein) for breakfast, have a salad and fish for lunch and another protein shake for dinner. would this like be ok while taking the drops?

    Lots of people do the whey protein with no problem. I used the NZ Instant Whey Powder from Vitamin Cottage. But there are a million varieties that could work! If you try it and gain, then don't use it. But most people have success with them.

    No problem! Just make sure it's plain with no sugar added (I'm sure you know that! lol). A lot of people order the Jay Robb shakes online. Never tried them but hear good things.

    You can also find Jay Robb shakes in stores like Wal-Mart or Kroger for convenience.

    ok i will head to the store and look into that. i know it requires you to eat fatty during the first 2 days but i have already been eating unhealthy (thats why im on the diet lol) o is it necessary to have these two fat days or can you just start off healthy?

    It's CRUCIAL that you load. It helps with hunger and fatigue in the first few days and helps with better losses.

    I've tried the egg white jay robb (not a fan), recently been trying the Jillian Michaels triple chocolate whey protein. It's not bad and I've lost well so far with it. For now it is my dinner instead of meat.

    Just be sure you aren't sensitive to whey. If you try a packet first and it works for you then you will know. Whey was one of my food sensitivities (until I cleared it) so I used the egg white protein shakes and did well with them.
    From 376, lost some over 3 years ... Started HCG October 31, 2010 - Sept 30, 2011, - 53 lb with 4 rounds HCG protocol.
    Maintained w/ Paleo April 22 - June 1, when I started losing. Lost an additional 20 lb with Paleo eating between rounds.
    Back to Paleo 10-1-2011 @ 278
    100 lb GONE 10-13-2011
