    that's what i plan to do... going back to veg/ raw after hit the goal weight

    I decided to be back on Planet based diet now to continue on my HCG protocol. I bought an organic roasted chicken from whole food yesterday and there is those "white strings" inside the meat.. totally gross me out... all i can keep thinking is the "parasite, worm" that I expelled out at my last fasting... yuck!!!

    actually, vegetarin, and vegan get parasite from plant food too, but still...

    Used to be till I met my lady, she can't/won't eat rice or pasta, and cooking became a real pain in the proverbial. My 10 year old has become vegetarian, keep thinking I may join her.

    I tried to eat chicken and was constipated for 2 days, gained a pound back. So I'm not giving up my vegan lifestyle for this. I have lost 5 pounds in the first week, probably would have been 6 if not gotten constipated. I can't eat eggs either. I'm just having pea protein or whey protein and beans for protein. It's working so far.

    That's what I've done and I've lost 32lbs iny 46 day round. So it can be done and I think you come out healthier for doing it vegan. That's my thought anyways.

    I am also a vegan and following vegan meals. I am having fresh vegetables, protein powder, fruits like bananas. I love to find new vegan recipes and have already got some delicious ones at http://www.beegans.com/.
