Hi, what can I eat? It says 1 egg plus 2 egg whites, protein powder or fat free cottage cheese up to 3x per week. What about the other 4 days? I want to stay away from tofu/tvp as I have thyroid problem. Also I'm meant to be gluten free so no quorn. Also what kind of protein powder is ok. Carb/fat grams? I hope I can do this round. It's ,my last script/last chance.
